The condo was everything I wanted. Clean, well designed and decorated. My concern about navigating the distance to the pool and parking was very important for me. Top notch facilities and comfortable living space for quality relaxation. Would definitely go back next year. Host was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole experience.

We loved this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch condo. It has a roomy lanai and front porch area. Plenty of room indoors for morning yoga or a workout with a nice view of the back area/grass space. We kept our bikes in the lanai (locked) as we biked to the pickleball or tennis courts daily. There are also nice bike trails nearby. The golf courses on site are great too.

House was amazing. Right across from the beach. Very spacious. Super clean. Heated pool. You just can’t beat it! One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at.

This condo was amazing. It had everything you would need and more. This location is perfect. Right off the beach - close to historic downtown - and a great condo community. John was so wonderful checking in on us to ensure that everything was going well. Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy to send out messages to hosts and receive quick responses.

We stayed in February. The condo is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It is well kept and spotlessly clean. The owner had made available many extra things for guests to use (beach wagon, cooler, chairs). There is a bbq and all the essential cooking equipment. We enjoyed having our morning coffee in the lanai.
The pool is warm and clean. Lots of local restaurants to eat at. The walk to the marina is nice.
Quick ride to the best beaches. Plenty of day trip opportunities.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

Stayed in Cape San Blas and it was amazing! White sandy beaches and always warm! So worth the trip and always sunny in Florida. Beats Michigan

Florida rental has too many scammers, I asked for a property and I got two responses and didn't realize one or both were scammers. The platform will not respond let alone help in any way. Stay away from Florida rentals.com.

House we rented as exactly as advertised. Beautiful and clean. Close to everything - beaches and Bradenton riverwalk. Sarasota close by as well. Highly recommend

My husband and I spent 30 days at Regina's Seaside Rose Condo 02/19 to 03/21/2026.

​We very much enjoyed our time there. The view from the balcony was beautifu​l. Loved watching the many boats​ go by and were lucky enough to spot dolphins several times​ and viewed many beautiful sunsets. The pool area ​also has a view of the bay. There is a jacuzzi and the pool water is heated

​The St Petersburg area is so beautiful, if you have never been. Fort DeSoto is our favorite. We biked there many times and if you are into "shelling" like I am it's a must go-to!

If you love artisan pizza and a tap wall, you need to go to Oak and Stone in downtown St Pete's which is only a 12 min drive away. Also loved Crabby Bills right on St Pete's beach for the view and food.

I did want to mention a few items regarding the unit's condition. ​ While most areas were neat and clean upon our arrival, the two bathrooms were unfortunately not up to our standards. ​R​egina ​informed us she used a new cleaning service and reimburse​d us the cleaning fee.​ 🙂 The wicker chair on the balcony is currently falling apart and likely needs to be replaced.

​The kitchen ceiling light was missing bulbs, which made the space quite dark in the evening. Thank you for ordering those replacements for us​ Regina! We appreciated them arriving via Amazon the very next day​. Also for your timely manner in answering our concerns and needs while we were there.

We probably would have booked it for the same time next year but she informed us it was not available

We had a wonderful stay at The Lake House in McGregor Woods—it truly lived up to its description and more. The home is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and perfectly set on a peaceful, scenic lake. We especially loved the south-facing terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the wildlife—such a special and calming experience.

The layout was ideal with comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and great spaces to both gather and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home, whether you’re looking to relax or stay productive. There were two dedicated workspaces as well for those that need to combine a bit of office time in their vacation.

The neighbourhood was just as lovely. McGregor Woods is quiet, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The community pool is newly refreshed and a real highlight—some days we even had it all to ourselves. There are also great amenities like pickleball and tennis and the neighbours were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

What made the experience truly exceptional was both the rental company and the owners. The rental agency was outstanding—great communication, thoughtful touches (even treats for us and our dog!!), and they checked in to make sure everything was perfect.

The owners themselves went above and beyond as well. Even while out of the country, they took the time to personally reach out, ensure we were enjoying our stay, and offer helpful suggestions for activities in the area. That level of care and hospitality is rare and very much appreciated.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the team behind it to anyone visiting Fort Myers.

I rented the unit for February and March of this year. The condo was immaculate, spacious and the kitchen had all the essential utensils. The view from the balcony was breathtaking as I watched the cruise ships leaving Tampa port almost every day. The grounds were well maintained and the pools and bar were very inviting.

Everything was as advertised and exceeded our expectations! Great accommodations and spectacular location.

We walked in and my husband stood in the middle of the great room and declared that this was the best rental home we’ve ever stayed in! The open floor plan, large public rooms, and privately situated spacious bedrooms were perfect for the four of us to relax, work, and enjoy meals together. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the things we use in our own homes, and we were even able to make corned beef and cabbage in the slow cooker on Saint Paddy’s day! You don’t even need to bring Stretchtite or aluminum foil.. it is all there for easily packing up a lunch and taking to the beach. Close to everything- walk to Tigertail, bike to Ori’s bakery for morning croissants, and a short drive to Goodland for live music and dancing. The lovely host Sandy was quick to respond to questions and provide excellent suggestions for places to eat. One of the best getaways ever!
