We rented two car seats for our toddlers and requested ERF seats, as that's what we use at home. The ones we were given were clean and in great condition. Finding the meeting point was a bit confusing—but that was our fault, not theirs, as we were in a bit of a daze after a long flight! Great company and very affordable. We're already planning to use them on our next trip ☺️

We recently hired a car seat for our toddler from StrollerCare for our holiday in Orlando, and the whole experience was fantastic from first contact to dropping off on our last day.

We had a little difficulty when trying to book a slot for pick up as they were booked up for our time of arrival into MCO. I made contact with them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The communication and customer service was honestly amazing.

The car seat itself was spotless, comfortable, and in excellent condition, which reassured us that the really look after their items.

It was such a relief not having to bring our own bulky car seat from the UK. Hiring from Stroller Care was one of the first things we did after we booked our flights. Knowing that the car seat we had complied with the state laws and that our toddler was safe and secure every time we travelled during our trip gave us such peace of mind.

The service was reliable, friendly, and really added to how smoothly our holiday went.

I would 100% recommend StrollerCare to any family visiting Orlando. We’ll definitely be using them again on our next trip!

Very convenient! We drove from New York and they were able to meet us a little earlier to make our trip as easy as can be. It was also very helpful having our name on the stroller so we could easily find it.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. We landed late so landed to texts from them to tell me exactly where it was left in a secure locker pickup area with ticket number etc. Curbisde pickup the minute you walk into departures also. Car seat itself was immaculate and extremely safe for our little boy. Will definitely use this company again! 5 ⭐️

The delivery process was a little hectic because there was a miscommunication with the driver. She would only text us but never answered the phone when we called which was a little annoying.

But, after that the stroller was exactly what we needed!! Our rain cover had a rip in it & they delivered us a new one right away which was extremely nice! We will definitely be using them again! :)

Very cold weather in Orlando and this stroller and it’s accessories were life savers in the cold wet weather!! My son was warm and dry 😊 he was comfortable through a 12 hour day!!!

Placing a reservation was simple and easy. Our stroller was dropped off at our hotel for easy pick up. We rented a Bob Revolution to visit Disney World. It was perfect for our 4-year old. We returned the stroller to the hotel reception for pick up. We thought about adding an additional day and after renting a stroller from the park that day I wish we had followed through! You will not be disappointed to rent from Stroller Care!

The service team was fantastic and on time. The stroller itself was all that we could hope for - easy to maneuver, clean and smells great!!! Out kids are definitely comfortable as well as the us the parents that pushes it around :)

No issues getting our stroller. They texted and offered to bring the night before which we took them up on. Stroller was in decent condition.

They met us at our location, the price was super reasonable, this was more than worth it on our trip! We rented the stroller, the rain cover, and the parent console. All were great quality! We brought stroller hooks and lights to put around the bottom.

Great customer service! The stroller was amazing and made our time in the parks so much easier! They answered any questions I had and delivered the stroller to our rental. When I needed to change the return address it was easy to email them and have it changed. All I had to do was leave it at the front desk and they came and got it. The Bob stroller was so easy to push and had so much room for the kids to sit. We also were able to store all our things and everything we bought. Renting a stroller was so easy because of this company.

Easy and affordable

The stroller arrived right on time in perfect condition! It was so nice to have for our Disney vacation!

Communication was perfect but the stroller quality was poor. Would definitely recommend to retire that stroller from being used. It was dirty, very worn down, and felt like it was going to break in half when pushing the kids.
