Contacted FloridaTix for Discovery Cove tickets, their response time was fantastic and prices really reasonable compared to what we had found ourselves. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Having reviewed your booking, we can see that one of our colleagues replied to you on Saturday via our chat functionality to advise that the tickets were unfortunately unavailable.
The order was placed on 19th June for the next day, however, the Express Tickets had sold out and were no longer available from the supplier. As soon as we became aware of this, we contacted you and processed a full refund on the same day.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly with your planned visit the following day. While ticket availability is controlled by the supplier and can change rapidly, we appreciate your disappointment and are sorry we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion.
