I ordered pink roses But gets different flower
I ordered pink roses and ferrero chocolates for mother's day that should be delivered two days after the occassion coz i wanted to suprise my Sister but instead receives carnation as the item was not available on the store. I appreciate theor team reaching out a day before it will be delivered but they couldnt even considered the timezone
( I' m living in US) so when the day i see their email it was also the day of the delivery time. I hope they will give the customer's heads up if the item is not available before placing order or vetter not to put the item on the menu list coz its dissappointing to pay for specific flower especially its my sister's favorite but gets a different one 😕

WORST FLOWERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the worst flower delivery online I have ever encountered in my life!!! I have ordered for bright pink flowers, and it came out as dirty white!!! It’s soooo far from what they’ve advertised on their website! And mind you, the price is the same as the popular flower shops (it was just unfortunate that they were full) - so clearly their products are a rip-off!!! Also, their customer service is the WORST. First of all, I have messaged that the recipient (John Paul Lazo - which is CLEARLY a man’s name) is my brother who will give it to my mother. And in the card they put in : To John Paul Lazo, Happy Mother’s Day! How stupid and dumb is that?!! Also I was clarifying other concern regarding about the customised message, and they said they’ll check on it. Only for them not to get back to me at all, and when I followed-up they said it’s too late?!! And that they were so busy?!!! The heck!!!! Didn’t I pay full price to get my items accordingly?! Horrendous company and worst customer service, they don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!

Different from promised.
Flowers arrived nearly 4 hours past the delivery time window. The flowers were of different color from the one chosen. The greeting card was of poor quality.

I ordered 3 bouquets for Mother's Day (one for my mom and two for my sisters): Some did not match the color shown online, some were arranged with completely different flowers, and worst, some of the flowers were already wilted. Needless to mention, I am not satisfied with my experience.

Worst flower delivery service be aware of them, place the order a week before, but didn’t get the flowers delivered till 10:00 pm in the night.
Very unprofessional, do not waste your money and time.
Don’t pick up the calls lame excuses, Order flowers for mothers day “Day” and the flowers was not delivered 10:00-10:30 PM parents are older in their 70 and it was supposed to be surprise for them but the whole day went in vain. Never ever again be careful. Dont waste your money and time.

For everyone reading this, please, for the love of God, never ever buy flowers from this damn store if you don’t want your special occasion ruined. I ordered flowers from this store two weeks before Mother’s Day to make sure my order would be accommodated, and mind you, the flowers I ordered were not cheap.
When the day came, they set the expectation that the flowers would be delivered between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. I followed up with them around 5 p.m., but still nothing. And now, Mother’s Day is almost over, and the flowers I ordered still haven’t arrived.
I hope this damn business understands how important it is for us OFWs to be able to send flowers to our mothers, especially on Mother’s Day. That’s one of the few ways we can make them feel remembered and loved despite the distance between us, and Florista PH ruined this day for us.
This is really unacceptable. I want a full refund. If it were possible to give negative stars, I absolutely would. I really hate this business. Please, do not order from here. If I could file a lawsuit against this company, I would.

The customer service here is a miss. On the day of the scheduled delivery, they messaged to say that the color of the tulips I ordered was not available and if they could replace it with another color to ensure delivery within the day. I didn’t have much of a choice so said yes, but asked if there was going to be a partial refund since they obviously could not provide me with the product I had ordered. They said no. They then said that they couldn’t guarantee delivery within the timeframe confirmed when I placed my order. I said they shouldn’t then offer this as an option if they can’t fulfill the agreed terms of the order. No response. Luckily, the flowers were lovely and recipient was pleased. Otherwise, would not recommend ordering from here due to their way of interacting with customers.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND BY STAYING AWAY FROM THIS UNRELIABLE FLORISTA PH!!! I will NEVER order from them again. They are not trustworthy and really really frustrating to deal with. For Mother's Day , I deliberately ordered May 9 2026 5am for a same-day delivery they said between 9am to 10pm. I ordered a day in advance for same day delivery since I know the actual Mothers Day May 10 will be hectic. I started following up since past 6pm as it was getting late. Came past 9pm they said with rider assigned but no rider update yet ( ALL LIES). I eventually asked the recipient to be awake and watch out for a delivery as it was really getting late night. This ruined the whole surprise and worst, NOTHING WAS DELIVERED!!!! They should have told me the real status from the start (NO TRANSPARENCY AT ALL!!!!). I'll see if they will deliver this pending flower bouquet tomorrow, grrr so late. Makes the pregnant me soooooo disappointed.

They did net delivery what i ordered. They delivered whatever they wanted and said nothing to me about it and didnt offer me the chance to refuse the replacement and then when I reported it, they offered me an apology and thats it. Since the item was already delivered, they couldn't do anything. Scrappy business model. Never again. What a scam.
