From Singapore to Legaspi with love…
One of the most legitimate florist in the whole of Philippines where you safely entrust them with your card number. Even though there was a slight delay in the delivery date , the flowers were fresh and upmost quality. I sent flowers to Legaspi from Singapore. Holistically, I’m very contented with the end result. One should consider delay in delivery and plan way advance for delivery of flowers or gift. My wife was very delighted to receive the flowers and everyone at home loved it.

It just has to stay from the very beginning. Site was very simple to use. But when I got to the address area didn't recognize the area. Then, finally was entered in and still got an email.When the website center was correct, everything is round.And now they wanted landscape.They wanted landmarks, and I get it.I get it.I've lived out there and I still have a business out there.But I also have two businesses in the states.One thing I couldn't appreciate there was no real number to contact somebody and the whatsapped in irresponse forward.And me to email emailed people because the address was answered a couple of times entered in the same way that the address e or the person out there who lives with their family, who gets out of mail gave me the exact address. At the end of the day, it didn't make the valentine's or before deadline, which I could understand due to the holiday. But between the chocolates getting out there a week later, then the flowers being delivered separately a day later, after that just to receive less than beautiful flowers and the added of floral arrangements around it just was unacceptable.It's just not worth it.I would try another site next time.I appreciate their custom service but I even leave left them.The delivery number and the person who was supposed to go to.They would know their neighborhood better than anybody.I asked, please contact the the.Recipient, nope, I just wanted the same address.But now, as a landmark, and now it was proposed slightly different, but it was still the same numbers.Same streets same barangay. Glad she finally got them.But the pictures will also show everything not worth it. I give a two stars just because at least they tried with the emails

The delivery did not arrive on time. Do not accept orders if you think you can't deliver for whatsoever reasons. 1 day delay is ok fpr some emergency reasons but more than that is unacceptable.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent order.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The delivery was not completed on time, and there was no communication or update from your side about the delay.They wanted reshedule the deliver for 18/02 which was initially quoted for 16/02.even that one after waiting for 7 hours reply for an email.but then they didn't deliver on 18 but on 19.I had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening.
Additionally, my order was changed without my confirmation. This is unacceptable — any modification should always be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.
Overall, the service showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer care. Reliable communication, respecting agreed timelines, and confirming changes are essential in any business.

BEWARE THIS SHOP ARE SCAMMERS
I placed an order with this shop on February 10 for delivery on February 14 as a Valentine’s surprise for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, no flowers or chocolates were delivered. The order cost me USD 415 — an amount that is not small, and something I worked very hard to earn.
It is truly disappointing and heartbreaking. Valentine’s Day is meant to celebrate love, yet instead of creating a happy memory, this experience caused stress and frustration. It is sad to think that while people are working honestly and trying to make their loved ones feel special, there are others who take advantage of that trust.

I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion and received a delivery confirmation email — yet the recipient never received anything. The flowers simply never arrived, despite being told they had been delivered.
When we tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue, the calls went unanswered. No one picked up.
This was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Paying for a gift that never arrives — is not acceptable. I would not recommend this service.

Customer service not answer phone calls, message , email, whats app , nothing at all . Status is not changing still on process .. very bad experience . Hi, My boyfie ordered January 23rd to be delivered on Feb 13th. He ordered in advanced to make sure it will arrive on time knowing it's Valentine's Day. Feb 13th came, no flowers arrived. No update even if my boyfie keeps on emailing them. Can't contact any of their numbers as well. And then two days later Feb 15, a delivery guy called me at 10 PM saying i have a flower delivery in the office address. It feels like a total scam so i refused to accept it. It's been delivered two days late and at the same time at 10 pm? I requested for refund but obviously no ones replying again. won't recommend this store ever. Sad experience for a customer who just wanna feel the vibe of Valentine's Day.

The customer service is non responsive through the 2 cellphone numbers provided. Tried calling and sending a message via Whatsapp and Viber to reach someone to get a delivery update on the order but one of the numbers just rings and the other is just automated. What's the point of having a number if they don't work. Tried emailing but the response time of beyond 24hrs is questionable with Arjay and Malou not being very helpful at all (If they have 2 reps answering emails - That's not a good sign). Now after me trying and my wife trying to contact them via email, no one seems to be able to make adjustments to where the flowers should be delivered or try to contact the recipient to reschedule the delivery, so I just asked to cancel the order because I paid $68 for roses to be delivered, maybe a small amount to others but it is still money that I earned, and for them to say they will no longer attempt to deliver the item and no refund will be provided is very wrong. Long story short Florista.ph cannot provide a refund or do anything to atleast compensate the frustration I have had with them, so let that be a warning to others to be ready for a headache if you are in another country and you plan on ordering from Florista.ph during peak seasons of flower delivery. I think it would have been better to contact someone locally and have them contact a local florist while throwing in a tip for services rendered than to deal with Florista.ph again. I have disputed this charge with my bank because it looks like Florista.ph doesn't want to take accountability for an item that was never delivered and they can't say, "The deliver address was wrong." because I made sure to send them the information to guarantee the item is going to be delivered even if it was late but they still insist that they are not going to deliver anything. I may be a disgruntled customer but Florista.ph really has to fix their customer service or better yet don't accept deliveries that cannot be fulfilled.
