I placed an order exactly 11 days ago, and unfortunately, I have yet to receive any information regarding the status of the delivery or the product itself. This level of service is awful.
I have attempted to contact customer support, but the responses have been none. They have not provided any clarification on the whereabouts of my order. This lack of transparency and communication is incredibly frustrating.
Edit: I received it today, 11 days later.
