Great products

Quick delivery really good products I wasn't sure if they would be very good as they were so cheap the detail on the advert was exactly what it said and I got a really nice makeup brush free which was a bonus really Impressive product definitely would buy again.

Prompt refund

Unfortunately the jeans were for a person who was at 5ft 9ins tall.
Sad as they fit really well but were far too long for me. (I’m 5ft 5ins and I usually get a regular in length)
As soon as I emailed Floweraup I was offered a refund minus the postage fee. This was paid promptly to my account.
Hence the 5 star rating due to the brilliant customer service.

Ordered goods then saw the reviews that they are possible scammers.

I have asked for a full refund.

Facebook should not let these companies advertise on their website.

Duapuda is name of company shown on email from courier saying been dispatched but have my doubts that it will turn up. Why didnt i check first before ordering. They must rely on vulnerable people like me to order from them.

Credit Card company have been advised.

People work hard and shouldn't be treated in this way.

Purchased two tops from them and had to wait longer than usual. The good looked a felt lovely but was a smaller size than usual in the uk. The biggest problem was with the sleeves being to short. Will have to send them back.

Won't give a refund - AI answer everything

The crochet 'making box' arrived with NO paperwork.
The copy on each card was approx no 4 - so tiny you couldn't even read them with a magnifying glass.
Asked straight away to return the goods and receive a refund.
AI answer every request with an advert to sell you more!!
It's infuriating...... how do I get my money back????

I've twice ordered trousers from Floweraup and had no problems at all with them. In fact, the second pair had got lost in transit, which they informed me about, and immediately sent another pair. So full marks from me.

I ordered some flexible elasticated…

I ordered some flexible elasticated trousers, the advert is constantly on Facebook games, the trousers looked very trendy. The delivery wasn't too bad however when I received them the trousers were different as the advertised ones had an elasticated ankle whereas the ones I received were just straight and not elasticated. On complaint I was told I could return them however I would have to pay the postage, or I could gift them to someone else or they would give me 20% off a future purchase🤬 none of these options I feel are acceptable, so if you're thinking of buying from these people maybe think twice👍
Update** from there company's reply off they had actually read the review they would see that I had already contacted their customer service and started their solution 🤔

Ordered titanium autofocus spectacles…

Ordered titanium autofocus spectacles which did not work, were poorly made of base metal, gave me a headache, opened a PayPal dispute now seller will refund if I close my claim, but I’m not prepared to do this. Updated dispute to claim! Company shows as ‘Fashion’ on PayPal avoid at all costs.

Never again!…

My husband ordered some cargo trousers which do not fit - very tight around the ankles so will not go over his feet.
He tried to email on the address they gave, but it responds with invalid email address so we’ve wasted our very hard earned money. Lesson learned - Never again!

So far so good

My husband ordered some trousers and they arrived in good time. He received emails notifying him of the status of the order.
The trousers were too big so we looked into how to return them. We ended up reading these very negative reviews and almost wrote the whole thing off.
However, I then thought I have nothing to lose and sent an email to them asking for instructions on how to return them.
I got a response the next day!
They offered to send the next size down and for us to keep the ones we have. I replied that we would rather return them. Again, a response came the next day! This time they explained that for us to return these items to China would be costly and could take over a month to get there. They also offered us a part refund and to keep the items.
Our experience of buying from them has been good...and totally understand that buying items on sites like tik-tok you takes your chances....as they are going to be coming from countries where returns are not viable.

Very bad

Very bad , I paid £15.98 for a product ( eyeliner) through tik tok and I’ve never received my item , I emailed and had 1 response which was very rude , this site was also linked to zanzzea which I also think isn’t real , I’m in the process of trying to get my money back - stay away from this site
