I had some beautiful flowers delivered

I had some beautiful flowers delivered, a present from my granddaughter. On arrival the box was very squashed, not flowerbx fault. But when I told them they immediately sent me another bunch of lovely flowers.
I found flowerbx very helpful and generous.
I would definitely recommend them.

An absolute floral delight

I ordered some beautiful irises to brighten up my home and was blown away. They came beautifully wrapped and it felt like such a treat to unbox them. I was also shocked by the volume of stems that you get, and was able to distribute them into a few vases across my home. I would recommend Flowerbx to anyone looking for high-quality flowers.

Impressive gift for mom

I ordered flowers for my mom, and she was absolutely floored by the quality, beauty (and smell!) of her flowers! She also said they lasted longer than other flowers I'd sent her in the past. High quality, lasting impression. Flowerbx for the win!

Much better than a boquet

I bought some flowers for my wife from Flowerbx and they were amazing. Normally the Flowers I buy her come with lots of green foliage that she doesn't like and they seem to take up lots of space but don't look amazing. With Flowerbx there's none of the "fluff" that comes with the usual boquet it's so easy to order online and the flowers seem to last for weeks, way longer than the usual flowers that we buy. I'm really impressed and will definitely be buying again!

I bought some peonies from Flowerbx…

I bought some peonies from Flowerbx this summer and since then have been hooked! The flowers are the best quality and last so long. I had never had this experience before when buying flowers online. I now exclusively send Flowerbx as gifts to all my friends and family, on all occasions!! I cant wait to see what Christmas brings

Impossible customer services!

This is an impossible company to deal with and trying to speak to somebody in customer services is an unlikely event - you leave a message and a number and they don’t return your call.
I first bought some mimosa flowers back in January taking advantage of a discounted price. They had dried up by day 2-3 so it was agreed they would replace them with some freesias. These were an extra £5 but the company agreed to me not needing to pay the extra. The day of delivery I was informed that there were problems with the supplier and that I wouldn’t receive my order. Finally speaking to somebody on the phone they agreed that there would be a goodwill payment added to the sum owing and £75 would remain as a credit on my account.
Six months later I wanted to make use of this credit balance to place an order for some pale pink orchids. Wanting to access my credit balance could not be done via the website. I telephoned and left messages 3-4 times, emailed and tries to make contact with the online message point. I got messages back that I didn’t have an account or credit balance . Luckily I had retained copies of my emails but then after a few online messages they disputed what I had in my account and what had been promised on the phone - the £75. In frustration at these disingenuous messages and dealings I’ve asked for my money be refunded and communication has now ceased. No responses to phone messages leaving my details so they can return calls.
This is not the sort of service and response one experts from a company that sets itself up as a high end company selling very expensive flowers. Perhaps I’ll get a response to this posting!

Apologies for the frustration here. I've read through your correspondence with the team and can see the confusion is partially due to many email addresses being used.

The credit was added to the account which you used to place the order, but as you explained, this isn't your usual email address so you couldn't find it when looking on the account with your default email address.

I can see that Zoe has been in touch with you now and organised for your chosen flowers to be delivered, and included some extra stems to make up for some of the trouble you've experienced. I hope they arrived safely and you have enjoyed them!
