The people they were sent to was delighted to receive same saying they were really beautiful. Unfortunately they were being sent in sympathy for the death of their young son as we weren't at the funeral. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be using you again & tell friends also.

Extremely disappointing experience
I ordered a beautiful, large flower basket based on the photos on their website. The arrangement prepared was significantly smaller, with far fewer flowers and looked nothing like the quality and value of what I paid for.
Even worse, the flowers were never delivered, yet I received an email confirming that the order had been successfully delivered.
I tried calling several times and sent multiple WhatsApp messages, but received no response.
Very disappointing experience, especially when you are sending flowers to someone for a special reason. I expected much better from Flowers.ie.

Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our sincere apologies for the stress and frustration this situation has caused you. I have investigated this directly with our team. Regarding the appearance of the arrangement, our florists used fresh roses that were still tight in bud form to maximize their vase life, which significantly reduced the initial volume compared to the website photo. However, we completely agree that the final presentation should match the scale and fullness of what you paid for, and we fell short here.
Regarding the delivery, our driver did attempt delivery to Amanda, but she declined to accept the arrangement because it did not look like what was ordered. The "delivered" notification you received was sent in error by our automated tracking system when the driver marked the run completed, and I am very sorry for that confusion and for our failure to respond to your WhatsApp messages promptly.
We want to make this right immediately, kindly check your inbox so we can resolve this concern.

Balloon burst prior to delivery. Swapped with chocolates which were as appreciated but not what I wanted. Standard of flowers pretty poor considering cost. Overall disappointing

Disappointed with Flowers
We ordered a Wreath on Sunday 9Aug 2026 and we collected it and when we got it home the white. small flowers in the arrangement were Brown and starting to wither the Rest of the Flowers in the Arrangement did not look fresh it looked like it was just thrown together in a hurry we had to Return it to them very disappointed with the Quality for the price it was not Cheap we had to go back to return it and get a fresh one

Amazing service. There was a problem with the address, my fault, which was resolved almost immediately. Despite this being my fault, chocs and a mug were added to order at no cost. Flowers were lovely and very well received. Than you!

The customer service is really good
The customer service is really good, quick to reply and solved my issue regarding te shiiping and the billing address smoothly. Also, I receivd a video showing the flowers before delivery and they matched exactly to which the person received, so it was not a pre-recorded video as I was afraid that it would be.
