Avoid!! They will cancel your order and Customer Service are useless

So I wrote a review about a week ago which you may see above stated how great this company was etc... well that changed after I had written the review and placed 3 orders for mothers day. Now, I placed the orders one after the order as all had different addresses, all on the Tuesday evening (I'm in Australia so would have been Tuesday morning UK time). This was plenty of time and notice for mothers day delivery. Their website also stated guaranteed delivery for mothers day. Anyhow, mothers day comes and goes and I reach out to my family in the UK to see if they got their flowers. NO!! Not one of the 3 orders was delivered, no notice, no emails, no nothing. I emailed 3 times before I got a reply which stated they cancelled my order due to not being able to find a florist to complete the orders... ohhh and apparently they sent me an email which I never received.(they did send me a screenshot of the message they sent but it wasn't a screenshot of an email with date and time etc so could have just been typed up anytime). They also stated my refund would take 5-10 business days depending on my bank... well they were quick enough to take my money (over $300) but not in a rush to return it. When I replied explaining I didn't receive any email or correspondence regarding the order, asked if they could provide the date and time the email was sent and expressed how angry and disappointed I was due to neither our mothers getting their gifts. I also gave them some advice not to state guaranteed delivery on their website if they couldn't fulfil it.....

I got a reply email back.....not stating the date and time of email requested, not trying to keep my business just simply 2 dots and their email signature like below:

I am livid!! I will not be using this company again and I advise you not to use it. Until i manage to find and delete it, you may find my previous review last week somewhere in the list and if you do you do happen to see it, stating how awesome they are, please ignore it because I was wrong!!

Ordered flowers for a friend on the 15th for delivery in the 16th and received a email on the 16th at 13.22 saying they couldn't fulfil the order. Ridiculous as out of pocket over £70 until they return the money x

Ordered some flowers for my dear Mum on the 12th March for Mother's Day, they emailed me on Saturday 14th to say the order can't be fulfilled. Seems I ordered flowers but all I got were cabbages.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers five…

I ordered a bouquet of flowers five days ahead for delivery on 14th March for Mother's Day in the UK. It was only on 14th March that they sent an email at 4.57pm saying they could not fulfill the order as they were to busy.
This gave no time to source for an alternative and led to a failded Mother's Day for my 93 year old mother. Very disappointing and terrible customer service, with a 5 day refund processing time, just hoping they can do that correctly.

Cancelled the day before delivery

Ordered mothersday flowers 2 weeks in advance and they were canceled the day before. Now i'm scrambling to get something delivered in time at very short notice. Won't be using them again. Also apparently it will take 5 to 10 days for my refund.

Mother's Day Disappointment

I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, 5 days before I wanted them delivered. Only one was delivered - it was beautiful, the florist did a great job.

However, the second one was cancelled due to "no florist available". I only found out when they finally sent me an email, on the due delivery date (which due to time zone differences I read the following day). They claimed "we have done our best to inform you of this in a timely manner".

A timely manner would have been within 24 hours of placing the order. There was no attempt to offer me a different delivery date, or a different bouquet option. Fortunately, Interflora were able to step up to the plate, although I of course have had to pay extra for an urgent delivery.

I'll never use this company again - and living overseas, I often have to send flowers remotely!

I have already sent photos of what was delivered, and what my original order was paid for, the delivery was far more inferior to my original order. My friends and I will never purchase anything through this company again.

Very disappointing experience.

I placed an order for flowers four days in advance for a special occasion. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, I received an email saying they were unable to fulfill the order because they couldn’t find a local florist with availability or the right stock.

While they did issue a refund, this completely missed the point — the flowers were for a specific date, and being told on the delivery day that it wouldn’t happen was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

If they had informed me earlier, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was left with no flowers and no time to order elsewhere.

Overall, very poor communication and unreliable service. I would not recommend.

Can't fulfil orders.

I ordered a bouquet for delivery. On the day of the delivery receive an email to say order cannot be fulfilled & a refund would be processed in 3-5 days. 10 days later still waiting on the refund, emails chasing the refund unanswered. SCAM, do not use!!

Complete scammers - AVOID. Do Not Use

Complete scammers. Took my order and my money and never fulfilled the order. Never replied to an email enquiry and I could not reach them on the phone. I wish i had checked here first and it is an outrage that they are so far up the google recommendations. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible

Terrible. Monies taken immediately and the day before delivery I receive an email telling me that there are no florists available. In the south east of the UK?
Now I suspect I won't get my money back. If I do, I will update this review. I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered flowers in early January for…

I ordered flowers in early January for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday and paid over $200 AUD. Unfortunately, the flowers were never delivered. After waiting about two weeks, we discovered she had not received them and there had been no communication whatsoever from Flower Shop Network to advise there was an issue.

When I contacted them, they apologised and said they had no stock available on the day. While I appreciate the explanation, it would have been reasonable to notify me at the time rather than leaving me to find out weeks later.

They asked whether I wanted the flowers delivered at a later date or a refund. I requested a refund. It is now mid-March and I still have not received my money back.

I have emailed several times and each time they claim the refund has been processed. They even sent a screenshot showing a payment to a card number that does not match my card details. I have pointed this out twice, but my concerns have been ignored.

Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product or service paid for is not supplied, customers are entitled to a refund. At this point, the situation is extremely disappointing and unresolved.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this company.

Order for flowers cancelled, NO refund!

Order for flowers cancelled. They told me after the date of delivery. Said a refund would be actioned within 3 -5 days. That was two weeks ago! No refund, no reply to further emails. DO NOT order from this bunch of scammers!

Thieves

Thieves, plain and simple. Took my order, took my money, shortly afterwards said they could not fulfil the order (interflora did easily) and said I would be refunded in 3-5 working days. Here I am a month later chasing the refund. Absolute scam.
