Totally and utterly useless.

Totally and utterly useless.
Ordered flowers for my elderly Mother for Mother's Day.
I was told a day after they were supposed to be delivered they were not going to be able to fulfill their contractural obligation.
This was only after I had prompted them.
5 days later no flowers. No refund. 2 rubbish emails received that look as though a 5 year old had written them.
Avoid at all costs. Totally incompetent. 1 star is too high.

Scam service.

Like many others I should have checked the reviews here before ordering. It is impossible to resolve any kind of query because customer service appears to be nonexistent. I ordered a standard bouquet for £60 and received 8 flower stems and while I appreciate the flowers in the photos may not always be available, the quantity should be the same. Emails and phone calls are not answered and the only option I have is to initiate a chargeback with my bank. It’s a complete scam.

Not same day, lied to and devious.

This websites sell is same day delivery. I ordered these the day before and they were never delivered. Not only were they not delivered, no communication was provided until I prompted them. Firstly I was told confidently they were delivered. Then I was told there was no one home to receive them (phone numbers provided) and lastly was told there was access issues (building has concierge and someone was home). Every occasion I was given false info and lied to. No follow up or resolution was offered as I never received what I ordered. They would have happily kept my money and deceived me. Avoid

Ordered flowers on Wednesday night to be delivered on Saturday for Mother's Day.

Received an email at 10am Saturday saying they could not fulfil the order.

I shan't be using this company again.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Couldn't deliver flowers before Mother's Day despite plenty of advance notice.

flowers were fine. On the Tuesday before Mothering Sunday I asked for delivery on the Saturday (one day before Mothers' Day). They emailed on the day of delivery to say they couldn't deliver that day. I asked for Sunday but no, they couldn't do that either.

Why?

They were closed on Mothers' Day.

My Mum got the flowers on Monday in the end. She was fine about it of course, but that's not the service I was looking for. Who closes down on their biggest day of the year? I can't get my head around it. I mean, you've got one job. I don't know what is going on here, but something is up with this company.

pleasantly surprised..

I felt I had to write a review as a lot of the reviews have been really negative. I read most of the the reviews after I had placed my order and was more than a little concerned that they would be disappointing. The flowers were a gift to my husband for looking after me whilst I recuperate after surgery. They arrived today and I am delighted!! They are beautiful flowers and lovely presentation.. I also ordered chocolates which also look lovely. My husband is delighted with them. I would definitely order from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I was on holiday, and a colleague was going through a hard time, so I sent a bouquet of flowers. The money was taken from my account, so I assumed all was completed... no, it wasn't. They take your money, and only then will they try to find a florist to fulfil the order on their behalf. In this case, they didn't and sent an email saying they'll refund within 3-5 working days. Terrible business practice.

Avoid!! They will cancel your order and Customer Service are useless

So I wrote a review about a week ago which you may see above stated how great this company was etc... well that changed after I had written the review and placed 3 orders for mothers day. Now, I placed the orders one after the order as all had different addresses, all on the Tuesday evening (I'm in Australia so would have been Tuesday morning UK time). This was plenty of time and notice for mothers day delivery. Their website also stated guaranteed delivery for mothers day. Anyhow, mothers day comes and goes and I reach out to my family in the UK to see if they got their flowers. NO!! Not one of the 3 orders was delivered, no notice, no emails, no nothing. I emailed 3 times before I got a reply which stated they cancelled my order due to not being able to find a florist to complete the orders... ohhh and apparently they sent me an email which I never received.(they did send me a screenshot of the message they sent but it wasn't a screenshot of an email with date and time etc so could have just been typed up anytime). They also stated my refund would take 5-10 business days depending on my bank... well they were quick enough to take my money (over $300) but not in a rush to return it. When I replied explaining I didn't receive any email or correspondence regarding the order, asked if they could provide the date and time the email was sent and expressed how angry and disappointed I was due to neither our mothers getting their gifts. I also gave them some advice not to state guaranteed delivery on their website if they couldn't fulfil it.....

I got a reply email back.....not stating the date and time of email requested, not trying to keep my business just simply 2 dots and their email signature like below:

I am livid!! I will not be using this company again and I advise you not to use it. Until i manage to find and delete it, you may find my previous review last week somewhere in the list and if you do you do happen to see it, stating how awesome they are, please ignore it because I was wrong!!

Ordered flowers for a friend on the 15th for delivery in the 16th and received a email on the 16th at 13.22 saying they couldn't fulfil the order. Ridiculous as out of pocket over £70 until they return the money x

I ordered a bouquet of flowers five…

I ordered a bouquet of flowers five days ahead for delivery on 14th March for Mother's Day in the UK. It was only on 14th March that they sent an email at 4.57pm saying they could not fulfill the order as they were to busy.
This gave no time to source for an alternative and led to a failded Mother's Day for my 93 year old mother. Very disappointing and terrible customer service, with a 5 day refund processing time, just hoping they can do that correctly.

Cancelled the day before delivery

Ordered mothersday flowers 2 weeks in advance and they were canceled the day before. Now i'm scrambling to get something delivered in time at very short notice. Won't be using them again. Also apparently it will take 5 to 10 days for my refund.

Mother's Day Disappointment

I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, 5 days before I wanted them delivered. Only one was delivered - it was beautiful, the florist did a great job.

However, the second one was cancelled due to "no florist available". I only found out when they finally sent me an email, on the due delivery date (which due to time zone differences I read the following day). They claimed "we have done our best to inform you of this in a timely manner".

A timely manner would have been within 24 hours of placing the order. There was no attempt to offer me a different delivery date, or a different bouquet option. Fortunately, Interflora were able to step up to the plate, although I of course have had to pay extra for an urgent delivery.

I'll never use this company again - and living overseas, I often have to send flowers remotely!

I have already sent photos of what was delivered, and what my original order was paid for, the delivery was far more inferior to my original order. My friends and I will never purchase anything through this company again.
