Still waiting for refund after 4 weeks!

Order flowers to be delivered the following day. Received an email AFTER my money was taken confirming they could not deliver the order and my money would be refunded. 4 weeks later - still no refund. Very concerning so I had to contact the bank to force the refund.

Flower shop networks

Flower shop networks, didn't get my Daughter's birthday flowers delivered on time, it wasn't giving a reason just a promise for the money to be deposited back.
After 17 days, I still waiting for the deposit of my money to the bank.
Save your self the hassle.

Scam company avoid…

Ordered a basket of flowers on behalf of my elderly mum for my sisters wedding anniversary 2 weeks in advance,i was told via email i would recieve confirmation of delivery by email with a photo,I had neither then had email saying sorry cant deliver until Monday is that good for you?no it wasnt as that would of been 3 days later! They promised a refund still waiting,then just kept getting emails saying thanks for shopping with us!no reply to emails asking where my refund was,then my sister had a small basket of flowers delivered which was nothing like I ordered,half the size and no where near worth the price I paid. defo a scam and like the others say avoid avoid like the plague

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Avoid! Ordered flowers and the order was cancelled. I missed the email as it went to my junk folder. After making contact two alternate dates were made for delivery and the order was cancelled again. They said they had refunded my money, but hadn’t. Eventually I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge to get my money back. This is a scam company I believe.

Cancelled the order and never seen the money back!

I’ve ordered a same day delivery flowers for a friend at 8 am and was called at almost 12 to be told that it won’t be possible for a same day delivery. I had to find some other places but obviously because of the time that it was already, I got something not as special as i planned. I was told that a refund was processed and I should receive it in 3-5 working days which never happend. Contacted them via email to ask about the money and all the time I was told that they are looking into it… after a week I still didn’t get my money back and tried to email them again and no answer from them…..wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!! Couldn’t fulfil my order, had to get some ordinary flowers for my friend and didn’t have my refund back! Luckily I’ve paid via credit card and was able to recover the money!!! Don’t order from them! Looks like a scam!!!!

Don't use this Company

My story seems the same as many others. I ordered a bouquet, received an email saying the order could not be fulfilled, and that a refund would be made within a couple of days. No refund appeared and 4 weeks had elapsed, so I contacted my bank and they refunded the approx £56 within a matter of hours.

Late delivery

I placed an order on 13 April and paid £8.99 for same-day delivery. However, the flowers were not delivered until 14 April. I was unable to reach customer service by phone and had to follow up via email instead. Disappointingly, no compensation or acknowledgement was offered for the late delivery. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.

A truly shocking experience

A truly shocking experience. I ordered some Mother’s Day flowers 2 weeks prior to Mother’s Day. Flower shops network then decided that letting me know the day before Mother’s Day that they couldn’t deliver the flowers was, in a “timely manner”. To this day I still haven’t been refunded. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

Fraudsters

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on the 29th March, to be delivered to my wife at her office on the 30th. I received an email on the 30th saying the order couldn't be met.

I was promised a refund, for which I am still waiting. Total waste of time trying to call them as they never answer.

I did email them and got a ' thank you for reaching out reply' which frankly I found downright irritating.

I have looked them up on the Companies House website. You can find director names etc., there. Go to the company search section and enter the company name flowershopsnetwork dot co dot uk

I will be contacting their CEO Lee Warren Ackerman. In addition, I have spoken to my credit card provider, who will assist in recovering my money.

No refund

Having the same issue as many customers on here.. placed an order on the 30th march no couldn’t fulfil the order we will give you a full refund… still no refund after endless emails and attempts at phone calls and now not even replying to emails, not letting the matter drop like most others il be getting legal help to reclaim my money…do not use this company!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers back in March for a friend in the UK who had just lost their Dad. I live in Australia. The company emailed me saying that the order couldn't be fulfilled and that I would have my money back although it would take up to 10 working days. Nearly a month later I have still not had a refund. Avoid this company.

Ordered a Funeral wreath on 24/03/26 &…

Ordered a Funeral wreath on 24/03/26 & had confirmation that it would be delivered the next day. I then received an email saying the order couldn't be fulfilled and I would get a full refund. After numerous emails and wasted time on the phone, I threatened to go through the Small Claims Court yesterday. I received my full refund today. I would strongly recommend using another company.

Bad Experience

Very much the same experience as other people, I ordered a boutique to be delivered to a colleague for a bereavement but on the morning that the delivery was due the company said they could not find a florist to fulfill the order. Unfortunately at this time I was then on holiday so did not read the email until 4 days later. At that point I cancelled the order but they still took the money and I am still trying after repeated emails to get an answer on when the refund will be received!!

Its SHOCKING....

They should have informed me in advance…

They should have informed me in advance about the change in flower availability, but they only did so after I reached out. Nevertheless, the delivery was on time and everything was handled well. Overall, they did a good job. A trustworthy company that I will use again.

I wish I had read the reviews. AVOID!!

I wish I had read the reviews.
They took £140 for a wedding congrats bouquet and emailed, on the delivery date, to say they couldn't fulfill the order.
I requested a similar bouquet, and agreed the date could move.
Then an email, the following day, to say the order can't be filled at all and that a refund had been authorised..... And that I might get it within 5-7 working days.
It's clear this organisation isn't fit for purpose and will reliably disappoint you, and the intended recipients.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
