Having placed an order, i was emailed a short time later saying my order could not be fulfilled, which i thought was fair enough at the time and understood that same day deliveries were not always easy. I was then offered a full re-fund which i agreed to and was told 3-5 business days. This time frame has elapsed now quite considerably and after receiving several emails saying the finance team are looking into it and phone calls that go unanswered, still nothing back into my account. I would not recommend anyone using this company and there seems to be many other people who have written very similar reviews that mirror my experience.

Placing the order was straightforward with an easy to navigate website. Flowers were delivered on time and as specified. Have used Flowers shop network before and will definitely be using them again.
No delivery happened and impossible to contact
I would have left zero stars if I could.
I ordered flowers for SAME day delivery early in the morning and immediately realised I had made a typo with the name of the receipient. I spent all morning in their virtual telephone queue lasting 30 minutes each time and I called 5 times. After waiting in what transpired to be a non-existant queue I was put through to voicemail. Messages were left but not responded to. I sent numerous emails at the same time as the calls but these went unresponded to as well. I needn't have worried about my typo as no floweres were ever delivered anyway. No way of contacting them and no response to my further emails sent the following day. I have started a chargeback with my bank.

This is a scam website do not order from them. They charge ridiculous amounts to send flowers from all over the world to the UK taking advantage of people wanting to do nice things for loved ones. They do not deliver any flowers and they steal your money. Avoid!!!

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered the next day only to recieve an email a few hours later to say it couldnt be done. Asked for a refund and have waited over 5 working days and have not recieved am now having to contact me credit card company to try and get refund. Also had to change card as since then fradulent activity on card. DO NOT USE!

I live in Australia and bought flowers and chocolates from my mum who lives in the UK. They were unable to fulfil my order, and I had to order what I wanted from somewhere else, so they arrived late. I have never received the promised refund. The communication has been misleading and repeatedly saying: Please give me time to look into your case. I have now had to get my bank involved in order to try to get my money back.
Be warned. Do NOT order from these scammers. I wish I'd read the other reviews first.

Ordered the wife some flowers while I was away working after a recent bereavement thought id chear her up.
Got a message saying they are unable to deliver expect a refund in 3 to 5 working days waited for 10 contact was made to customer service and apparently the Financial team was dealing with it.
Had to contact bank to get them to refund me my money.
DONOT BUY FROM THEM.

The order had been cancelled without my knowledge of it. When I wrote to them to ask why the flowers hadn't been delivered they replied to my email saying they had contacted me to say that the order was unable to be fulfilled. No email was received. Very disappointed.

Emailed me the day before mother's day to say that they couldn't fulfil their 'promise' of delivery. To my mind, it actually a 'contract' rather than a promise. Luckily I found an alternative.

Do not use, sent an e-mail cancelling my order due to lack of local suppliers, I had to buy supermarket flowers as it was too late to get any other florist by the time I got the e-mail. They have still taken my money, reported this company to my bank as scammers
P!ss-poor service and comms
Ordered 7 days prior to needing the flowers for my wife’s birthday (21/3). No show and no comms whatsoever and being Saturday, no one to call.
Called the number provided -M-F 9-5! Emailed and no response until the 23rd where I received an email advising that an email was sent to me saying flowers couldn’t be provided! NO email received (checked Spam and nothing and no notification of failed delivery!)
No compensation nor apology, flowers eventually arrived on the 24th! Piss-poor service and comms and for the price, unacceptable!
Will NOT be using or recommending to anyone again. Gave one star, would have given none if able - totally ruined my wife’s birthday with no comms nor apology!
Terrible after sales service and customer service
The flowers, ordered on 5th February were not delivered. I was promised a refund within a week/ 10days. 7 weeks later still no refund. I've sent 2 emails and tried phoning but no response. Quite awful service. I will continue to follow up but would advise people look elsewhere for flowers.

Order flowers for someone who had a family bereavement, received a message saying my order could not be fulfilled, I would receive a refund within 3-5 working days, 20th March. Still waiting for my refund, chased now not getting a response.

Simply dreadful. Did not deliver on Mother's Day, stated they had sent an e-mail explaining why, but had sent no mail. Then would not refund after numerous attempts. Basically theft.

I found this a very disappointing…
I found this a very disappointing service, twice my order was not fulfilled and eventually due to ‘no baskets being available’ i had to settle for a replacement order of a regular bunch of flowers.
This was not at all what I expected as the online advert showed a beautiful basket of flowers and should have shown this option was no longer available.
I wouldn’t recommend this company as their communication was poor.
As this was a bereavement gift and the flowers turned out to be very ordinary, I was disappointed.
