I’m very satisfied about the delivery process and how reactive was the staff. Thank you for letting me know about the other options since the initial order wasn’t available. The only unfortunate part is that we can’t see the pink foam teddy on flowers on the website. However I’m very glad that the pink teddy wasn’t available so I could gift my friend with such a cuter present.

They say my sister was delighted but all people who receive flowers usually are. I’ve got to be honest and say that I am quite disappointed. It was easy enough to order over the phone and they were delivered on time but they failed to take my details properly so I had to contact twice again the next day to get a receipt and photos of what had been ordered and delivered. I decided to support a local florist and ordered a luxury arrangement, the most expensive option of £70+ del, because c London florists couldn’t deliver although similar prices. Despite assurances, the photos showed it really was not that luxurious imho. This delivery was v v important to me - for my estranged only sister and her new baby and I now wish I’d bought better looking arrangement uptown, or a dozen roses and delivered by taxi. Won’t let me upload to show you so will put on fb instead.

We’ve now had a chance to take a look at this. We do take feedback seriously and we’ve looked at the photos that we sent you, flower list, and have also spoken to the florist who made the bouquet – and as a result we can say that we are happy that we have supplied to your request.
The bouquet is definitely to value. It does only include 6 roses but does also include lots of other premium flowers including hydrangeas and very large lilies. 12 best white avalanche roses such as those that we sent in the bouquet with foliage are normally £60+ alone. Bouquets are priced on a parts and labour principle – the cost of the individual stems plus a charge for the florist time and wrapping.
We’ve looked at your comment regarding buying from central London florists and you would have paid at least the same and possibly up to £100 for the same content.
We can provide a complete list if you would like of the flower and pricing, but we hope that our explanation is acceptable and hope to do more business with you soon.

We're sorry that you think we are unreliable. You asked for a delivery before 11am on our website. You called just after to say that the recipient was leaving in 20-30 minutes. We delivered in good time despite the fact there were bad roadworks and delays near to the delivery address. A one star review for this is mean spirited and does not reflect the complete service. Lovely flowers delivered directly to the recipient a few minutes after 11am when you had not spoken to us as instructed on our website for specific delivery times does not warrant this level of review. Leaving poor undeserved unwarranted reviews can ruin a small business so we would urge you to reconsider and put this in perspective.

I don't see the flowers sadly as they are always delivered when I'm not in England but from the occasional photos and the delighted responses, I know they do a wonderful and creative job.

Ordered from very local florist to the recipient 2 days before needed to ensure safe arrival.
When they hadn't arrived by 4pm on the day, I called to see where they were. Lady took my number from their screen and promised to call back. Didn't. I rang again about an hour or so later to be told:
A) she had tried ringing several
Times but no answer.
When questioned it transpired that she
Was calling wrong number which she'd got from web form but she'd taken my number when I called!
B). The plant had been safely
delivered -( about 15 minutes
after I called!)
C). Plant was inferior to the photo on web.
Doubt I'll use them again.

Thanks for your review. We always take these seriously in an effort to improve our service and are sorry that you feel disappointed. I've been able to check the circumstances here quite quickly. You ordered on-line on Saturday - after we had closed - for delivery on Monday - therefore we did not have two days to prepare. To answer your other points - (A) in the worst case scenario our staff member took down an incorrect number and used her initiative to phone the number you had provided us with on the order, (B) we deliver between 08:30 and 18:00 weekdays and your order was delivered around 16:00 - there was no request or indication that the order needed to be delivered earlier so we feel that we have met your request, and (C) our website clearly says that we may need to substitute, and in this case we had to do so by using a hyacinth and some ivy. The plants were not all open and will do so over a few days and weeks changing the arrangement as it does so. It is not always possible to provide exactly what is in the photo but it does give an indication of what the arrangement will look like. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

Really helpful on the phone, were able to do same day delivery locally. Really recommend. The bouquet was beautiful. Easy to choose one off of the website.
