I recently used Fluent Money for a Buy-to-Let mortgage and had an excellent experience throughout the process.
A special mention goes to Hayden, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was always on top of the details, kept me regularly updated on progress, and was quick to answer any questions I had along the way. His communication and attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fluent Money to anyone looking for a mortgage broker, and I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

So helpful for a first time buyer. My adviser Oscar helped to quickly source mortgage decisions even after being turned down for some. My case manager Hayden responded quickly to any queries and kept me up to date throughout the mortgage offer process. Really helpful and explained things in simple terms when needed. Would highly recommend!

Ive used this company twice now. Everything went absolutely smoothly. My case advisor Dylan Hendley-Taylor and case manager Rohan Sagar were both on the ball at answering any questions I asked. I was constantly kept up to date with every step during the process. They have an app available that makes everything easy.
If i need to get anything mortgage related, I'll certainly be using this company again.

I dealt with both Nazim Arif and Donna Rushton who were excellent during my mortgage application I was constantly up dated of the progress of my application and would recommend Fluent to anybody looking to change or remortgage .

Fluent Money is an excellent mortgage broker service; very responsive, quick and efficient. We dealt with Jodie Alderson initially who found us the best mortgage for us and then Rohan Sagar was our main ongoing contact once the process was established. Both were superb and regularly contacted us and kept us updated along the way. They were very easy to talk to and made it clear that they were there for us at any time. If they were going to be away they made it clear a colleague would be available and up to date on our case so they were always doing the best they could.
My only negative point is with GP Property lawyers who were doing all the legal work. They prefer emails to phone calls which made the process longer than necessary. On a number of occasions I would make calls they wouldn’t and chase people up to get the information needed. One time our lawyer even asked me if I could ring someone instead of her… when I was paying for their service! Had I not have spent hours on the phone who knows how much longer it would have been before we got our money.
FM are aware of this as are GP Property Lawyers who also asked for feedback.

Very helpful throughout, kept me updated at all times.
