Outstanding! Having been advised poorly by a previous broker Caroline and Shannon took us through the process of securing a remortgage in a careful, positive and enthusiastic manner. We really felt listened to, and the circumstances explained were fully understood. We were not pushed down a single path and all options were explored. After the product was selected Shannon saw through a 'record time' completion - literally days! Both Caroline and Shannon kept each other informed of progress and us. All via a superb app. Everything has felt joined up, communication is first-class and I cannot recommend Caroline and Shannon and the whole team at Fluent Money more highly. Well done team! Fluent provided a detailed service. They listened to my requirements for my mortgage. They found me a mortgage deal that met my criteria. They kept in contact with me , checking how the mortgage was progressing and offering assistance with documentation when required. Top class customer service 100% Christina my mortgage advisor and Callum my case manager are brilliant.After years of terrible service from my other mortgage advisors and extremely bad advice I found fluent money and especially their team to be absolutely brilliant 🤩 they took all my issues on board and came up with the best solution for our needs.i only have another few weeks until completion but they keep you updated every step of the way.
