Outstanding Service from Start to Finish – A Rare Gem of a Company!
This review is long overdue for a job carried out back in July. And rather comically I first posted it to FLUSH PLUMBING AND HEATING by mistake (they were also brilliant in the quoting process by the way - such similar names!) We had a 20+ year old superbly reliable Vaillant boiler that was finally giving up the ghost. As always, I turned to Which? Trusted Traders, and although I’d never heard of Flush Plumbing and Heating before, their reviews were excellent — and now I understand why.
From the very first contact, the experience was like nothing I’ve had since the “cowboy days” of Covid, when so many chancers seemed to appear out of nowhere.
To be fair, the other companies I contacted were also excellent and speedy in replying and quoting but Flush won the job particularly because their price was significantly lower than the others. With Flush, I felt like I was communicating with a one-man-band in Adam, and couldn’t believe how quickly he responded, or how competitive his quote was. It blew everyone else out of the water.
From start to finish, the service was simply exceptional. Adam was highly efficient and professional in assessing what we needed, gave expert guidance on choosing the best replacement boiler, and then arranged almost immediate installation. The work itself was immaculate — even when there was a last-minute challenge with the height positioning of the new boiler, it was handled seamlessly, with no drama and no delays.
After the installation, I mentioned that the magnetic filter (the “big ugly device” that collects the iron filings or whatever it is!) looked rather unsightly sitting on the worktop. Without hesitation, the very next day, another engineer came round and moved it neatly under the counter, completely out of sight — and at no extra charge. Everything was done effortlessly, efficiently, politely, and with good humour throughout.
It turns out Flush Plumbing and Heating aren’t a one-man-band at all — I’ve since seen their vans around town — but what they do have is the kind of care, pride, and professionalism you rarely find these days.
I honestly cannot recommend Flush Heating and Plumbing highly enough. They deliver five-star workmanship with old-fashioned honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. A truly first-class experience from start to finish.
