I purchased a RT tic to Thailand in January 2026 and travel protection for an additional $400.00 Due to an medical emergency I canceled the flight a week prior in June 2026. I have submitted M.D. documentation with All requested information, however Fly Business has not refunded the $4K for the cancelled flight. The contract states that they would handle all communication with the airline to resolve my case. United airlines is now requested additional information from me. I have called Fly Business, sent emails and spoken with different reps, (some rude) but have not received a refund credited back to my CC.

Caleb is absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my different requirements and preferences. He made the entire process feel easy and seamless, and I truly appreciated how attentive and accommodating he was throughout. I would definitely recommend asking for Caleb by name, he is fantastic and made the whole experience stress-free!

Robert was exceptional, fast to respond and got me the best flight and times just as I wanted. In fact I had a slightly better offer from a cometitor site but went with Fly.Business and Robert due to great service and reliability

Many thanks to my travel advisor Dan Nelson. He took the time to understand what was important to me and then put together a great itinerary for my flights at a reasonable price. My flights are not until March/May of 2027 and I will follow up thereafter. I was very impressed with the attentiveness that Dan provided in making sure everything was right and I am confident he will be there for me if any hiccups arise at travel time. Thank you Dan.

Kira was truly amazing!

This was my first time using Fly Business, and I saved thousands of dollars for a two-way flight from Toronto to Paris.

Kira was patient and provided options with every itinerary change we made.

The next step of the process will be to see if I get the tickets I purchased, as it's not the usual direct purchase from the airline process, and then if we actually get the seats we were assigned to.

I'll update this review upon my return in October, but so far, Kira has made it easy for us to travel, and if everything works out, I won't travel without using Fly Business.

I have name changes and flight changes that were made to existing tickets. Fly Business (Ella) has been very understanding, patient, and helpful in gathering and passing on information to the airline with a professional attitude
