I appreciate Fly.business not denying the fact that your representative, lied about UA only refunded $1708.00 instead of the $4070.00 for the cancelled flight. She sent 2 separate emails stating that $1708. was refunded attempting to retain $2200+. Although Fly.business offered a travel voucher, I don't feel comfortable doing business with a company that attempts to deceive its customers. I do not want a travel voucher from your company, I want you to refund the amount of the ticket that UA refunded to you..$4070.00. I would hope that in the future Fly.business would honor the Travel Protection package, not lie about refund amounts and not attempt to defraud the customer? I have filed complaints with the Department of Aviation and the Department of Transportation regarding Fly.Business business practices.

My customer service representative was Addey. She provided a great service - fast, efficient, professional. And the main thing of course was a good value for the business class tickets to Europe. I’ll use this agency again, and I highly recommend it. Thank you, Addey.

Geralt did a marvelous job of helping us find the right flights to Switzerland. He did research and then presented with several different options for our consideration. The one that we selected met all of the requirements that we had. He also helped identify and book the most spacious and comfortable seats on each of the four different aircraft we will be flying on.He became a trusted advisor because of his helpfulness and professionalism. When we fly in the future, especially to international locations, we will definitely look to him for help.

Hugo Roberts was very professional, very helpful and emailed me or called me back quickly each time I asked for different flights to be looked at. This was much better than other travel agents that I asked for help from and couldn't help me at all.

I started looking at air fares for an international trip. I was hoping to get business class seats. They cost so much, I started looking at coach seats. I sent an inquiry to Fly Business and went to bed. The next day Lance called me for my trip information. Within a few hours he had an itinerary for my review. We made some changes and I have business class seats for the long international flights and coach for the short flights. All this for much less than the prices I saw on my search. Now I have Lance to help answer my questions while I go to an area of the world I've never been through.

Mario was great. He gave me options for the two trips I needed airline tickets. All of these options fit my schedule. He even went back to find if there was anything better. He also stayed on the phone and talked me through filling out forms and offered to fill out some of the information himself. Mario's communication skills are excellent.

Greg is fabulous

This is the first time I'm using Fly Business. I have flown with the same airlines from AMS to LAX for the past 20 years. I am now trying a different airline which my agent Greg was able to find. The Business Class is much more reasonably priced. This will be the first time I have made my reservation thru an agent. Greg was very helpful and accommodating and if all works out, I will certainly use him again!

George took my information & coordinated flights for my step daughter & I who are in different parts of the country, going to Europe.

It was great, very efficient & quickly done. I highly recommend the company.
