Excellent service with Johnny Hill

My wife and I were looking for business class seats for an upcoming cruise trip in Europe this summer. After dealing with several other sites for over a week and getting the runaround, with offers that never materialized, I finally contacted Fly Business and had a wonderful trip planned for us by Johnny Hill, taking into account all of the conditions that we had for our trip. He was incredibly patient and understanding, and also extremely quick with communication. I never was pressured to buy anything I didn’t want to, and his demeanor was friendly and professional throughout. I’m going to plan another trip later this year to Europe and will not hesitate to call on him again.

Gabriel, my account manager, did a great job of responding to my needs and overcoming several challenges in order to get my tickets booked. I have used other services in the past, but have not had the same level of personal and professinoal help as I have just experienced. Mario was excellent

Mario was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about the class, was professional with my time, we had to talk 4 times but every time he was patient with me, as I needed to ask for a lot of changes but was always willing to help. I will is then again for us.

Pleasantly surprised

Wasn't totally sure how this would work out, but our contact at Flybusiness was very helpful and available 24/7. He worked out all issues. Got a great price on international business travel. Definitely is now my go-to travel agent. There's so many crappy deal sites out there with various hidden fees or hidden issues, and this was a rare gem to find.
