Customer service at FlyingPress is Next level. Khan is the best

I’ve been with Flying Press since the start, and have always found it easy to set up, and the results have exceeded other options. Coupled with amazing Customer Service I can’t recommend Flying Press enough

FlyingPress, a performance optimization plugin, has shown notable shortcomings in our experience. The 'autoload next post' functionality has consistently failed, with no solution despite extensive troubleshooting.

Customer support has been underwhelming, with delayed responses and ineffective guidance. Instead of providing solutions, support representatives often deflect concerns and prolong resolution timelines.

While FlyingPress offers performance-enhancing features, unresolved bugs and poor support raise concerns about its reliability for professional websites. Website owners may need to consider alternatives that prioritize functionality and responsive support.

FlyingPress has accelerated my Wordpress page significantly with just a few clicks and testing. I like the customization options and rich functionality, such as lazy rendering HTML elements and replacing youtube videos with a placeholder image.
I am very pleased by the customer support because within 4 hours they solved a problem where the caching did not work on some versions of iOS Safari. The agent restructured my .htaccess file, explained what caused the defect, and everything worked great. Thank you very much!

This plugin is simple to use and has great resources where you don't need a PhD in website development to understand every single option and what it does (unlike some other plugins). The plugin delete all generated cache after each change on it, or elemetnor front end pages, posts, product...etc.
Our site have more than 35k pages, we use Flying Press. Time to cache all pages, posts, products is couple of days (more than 4). But when we make some changes in no matter which page, post product trough elementor, whole cache is deleted...
This make this plugin completely unuseful...

Khan did a spectacular job of assisting me with my issues. He logged into my website and identified the problem. Unfortunately, the issue was related to the theme and not FlyingPress so he couldn't solve it for me but because he identified the problem I was able to fix it. Five stars!

I've been using FlyingPress / FlyingCDN for just over a year. We in October renewed our subscription.

We (my cousin and I) run a hobby site BajanThings.com. FlyingPress has helped us move our PageSpeed Insights score from being in the Orange - Needs Improvement range to being in the Green - Good range.

For fun I thought I would run a PageSpeed Insights Report - I expected it might be 70ish - it actually ranged from 53 to 67.

This little experiment demonstrated to me the lift that FlyingPress gives us: BajanThings running on SiteGround with the default SiteGround caching tools which gives a PageSpeed Insights score of 67 to a near perfect PageSpeed Insights score of 97 with the addition of FlyingPress. High-performing caching plugin with awesome support

I am in the WordPress landscape over 10 years, and tried a lot of caching solution from free to premium stuffs. Server side, PHP level, and WP level solutions. In my experience the FlyingPress is definetely the best. The automatic cache warmup and seamless MainWP integration is raised the amazing base product to a next level. Gijo (the dev team leader) is a widely known and respected guy in the WP Speed landscape, his name is also warranty for the premium quality. This plugin is 4+ years old, so not a beta product. The support is top notch, fast, and helpful. Highly recommended, thanks guys!
