Reviews from Instagram and Google are fake and filtered. Total fraud; they sent ticket, and few days before the flight it will be cancelled. They didn't informed atfirst it was cancelled but I called the airline and said it's cancelled. They suggested a different route with a lot of layovers and didnot agree and requested a refund after very long discussions. Customer service took days to reply and cannot call the number. I doubt if this kind of company is registered and allowed to operate in dubai. The office address is only to pay cash at in marina, but the person you were chatting with was not even there, and no signs of this company's existence, no standee, or any logo, they charged me the tax with no receipt and the refund slip was under a rental car company & not from them. It's really strange. Waste of time to deal with. Don't be deceived by influencers on Instagram & reviews. Bad customer support

Fly only business, Is pathetic customer support always changing numbers. no answering to cals, no whatsapp replies, no telegram answers, no email support, i need the invoice but no one is answering to my query its so BS service. They should increase their staff to give service properly and professionally.

Between paid sponsorships to a few famous influencers on Instagram and reviews that do not look real at all here or on Google, it's really hard to trust this service.

I've been trying to book with them for literally 3 weeks, but all the time, they say that they can't because the service is not working to book tickets. And then, everyday, they follow up again with an automatic message on Whatsapp, asking if they can be of any assistance, I answer, saying that I want to book a ticket, and then, no answer.

I would strongly recommend to avoid Fly Only Business, you'd be naive to believe all the positive reviews from people with JUST 1 review in total...can't be more fake than this. It's very funny, all the reviews on Google appeared in just a week, all 5* reviews obviously, and sometimes even a copy paste of the same review written by 2 different fake accounts. So obvious...

After that, the 3 others were paid by credit card and everything went smooth.

P.s. to the guy below me with his negative review.. seems quite strange that they would scam you but not me on any of the 4 other flights. Isn't it?

I was so scared at the beginning because I never booked flight otherwise than the website of the airlines itself.

After a bumpy start -not getting a reply for two days as opposed to the promised two minutes - I received excellent service from Andrea. I was initially sceptical as the ‘ticket’ issued does not bear the logo of the carrier, but I was urged to enter the booking reference on that carriers main site and it all checked out. It was a weird experience dealing with a travel agency and a ‘real’ person – everything today is virtual and online – and I wish they could work more on email than WhatsApp (I find a mobile phone is very difficult to read at my age!) but I am very glad I persevered; I’m extremely satisfied with the results, and will definitely recommend this company and use them in future.
