I order 5 pairs of tennis shoes and haven't got them yet,is there a way to get my money back

DO NOT BUY CARDS FROM SONOROUS! I placed an order in March and it is now July 31st and have not received my order. I have requested a refund multiple times and they have refused.

I ordered in March 2023. It is now July. I paid for insurance.

Zero Stars. Same experience as everyone else. Order 2 cards in March and never received. Several e-mails asking me to be patient and wait. requested refund and just kept asking me to wait patiently. No Joy! Never again! They just take the money and that's the end of it!

It’s a scam for sure. Products ordered in February 2023. Now July 3 rd. Can’t get anything from them except please be patient! Give you false shipping notice. Been in transit supposedly since February 20th. Asked for refund never received either. Don’t use. Knew it was too good to be true. These cards sell for $12.99 each in the catalogues

This has been a total scam ordered at end of January about $41 worth as I had special events this year. First email I sent got the excuse it was sent by boat so takes longer please wait. Then next was OK they would give refund please wait 5 days. Then is was already refunded please check bank. Next was sorry we'll get it sent in 3 days. Again another 3 days and again they would send refund. This is 19th June 2023. Still nothing.

Ordered cards and scarves in March and never received order. Emailed twice and finally received a response that I would receive a refund in 3 days, to be patient. It is now June and still no refund! I will be notifying my cc company.

I ordered two weeks paid for them and never received them. I've ordered them in March and they're still not here. I tried to contact you. There's a spanish-speaking answering machine. I don't understand it and I shouldn't have to. You need to contact me immediately. I'm going to put a bad review if you do not contact me. This is ridiculous. I'm trying to help you business cuz I need to help too and you cannot contact me or send me my items. Ridiculous

One star is generous! DON'T TOUCH THEM. I ordered a flower card Feb 23, it's June tomorrow. I get an email to say it's still in transit, the next says delivered, the next Says on route! They only email back when I get nasty. Don't touch them with a barge pole!

Like the rest of the comments, took my money and never received cards. Total SCAM!! No answer to emails, no shipment for fake tracking number. Will contact my credit card to have charges reversed. Around the same time, my card was hacked a couple times...

I too ordered 2 cards back in Feb...needless to say they never turned up. Contacted them and given delay tactics...finally, they came back and said a refund would be processed within 3 days...nothing happened. Be warned, I have seen same products being advertised under different company names but think same company. Total scam!...lesson learnt! Spoils it for legitimate traders as it's put me off buying anything advertised on Facebook again..

I too ordered several cards (19.02.23) and have never received my order, emailed several times to different people to get the same reply over & over, that they are on the way 😡 Tried to research prior to placing my order but couldn't find anything negative about this company, so went ahead with it. Certainly a lesson learned for the future 😡😡😡😡
To anyone who is thinking of placing an order BE WARNED you will lose your money 😡😡😡😡

Ordered 2 flower cards in March 2023 which still have not been received. Emailing them is a waste of time as you really don't get any answers other than "it's on the way" and "be patient". Lesson learned!

Ordered 2 x flower cards in March 2023' only to get the round around. Have emailed numerous times and will making an effort to report this company every chance I get until I receive my products.
Please do not order from Face book when they advertise.

Really it’s zero stars. I should have done my research first before placing an order on instagram from this company. Total scam. Ordered in March and never received my order. Emailed them at least two dozen times and just got the run around. No refund even though they said it was in the process. Learned my lesson and when it’s too good to be true regarding price it’s a scam.
