I want to give 0

I want to give 0 . Awful. You end up paying more and you are being taken around collecting other passengers having paid £20 . The team leader was rude. Please don’t bother booking this .

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

We booked a Flypark plus for Manchester, WHAT A MISTAKE, the collection was unprofessional the chauffeur had the wrong make, model & colour wrong, (this was instruction from the owner) On our return, as instructed we tried to call them,( what a joke) after around twenty calls with the phone ringing they picked up, only to tell me they were running a little behind & my vehicle would be around half an hour. we had to wait THREE & HALF HOURS
We had been on a night flight (which made it worse)
After ringing again and again they gave us excuse after excuse, they finally turned up THREE & HALF HOURS LATE. We are absolutely discusted with there service and would recommded every one to AVOID like the plague

Avoid this company people!!!

Hi all
Just want to share our experience we had using Parking-spotz.com sometimes go under booking at flypark.com at Heathrow airport.
People please avoid using them!!! They are so unreliable! Their time keeping on returning our car was atrocious!!! We were advice to collect our baggages before calling them - that we did! After several calls we managed to get through. We were told to go to Terminal 3 that our car was to be dropped off there.  Below are some of the excuses given to us:
Car has been dispatched thats after 30 minutes wait.
Will check where driver was, at this time we had been waiting 40 minutes.
Car is in the tunnel 50 minutes later. We had to wait just over 1 hour.
At all calls made they kept on checking which terminal we were at!!!
My rating of this company is 0* had to give a star to get opportunity to leave review! They were not rude just offering insincere apologies!
