The shoes I got air jordan. Awesome footwear. And the most comfortable shoes to wear I thought another pair would come along that i bought but not to far away

I ordered some trainers which yes I got confirmation email and yes I was sceptical because of the shipping but they came they were in good condition. However the box was ruined which I was a bit upset about. But I will be ordering again

My son ordered a pair of £99 trainers, took £114 from his account. No confirmation email, found a phone number on their site (WhatsApp only) they sent me a tracking number for a FAKE delivery firm. Wish I would have checked the reviews first. Asked them many times for updates and get no reply. Have advised the fraud department, hopefully get these thieves shut down. Hope they are really proud of ripping hard working People off!!!

The trainers are FAKE! i repeat FAKE! Do not buy from them as they claim it is "authentic" where even if you wanted reps, you can get better quality for cheaper prices on other websites.

The money has come out of my account twice! and it was telling me that it was £89 and it has taken £92 I want a refund immediately otherwise I will sue !

I had read reviews everywhere for this company and was very sceptical about ordering. After bring burnt by 3 separate companies on etsy I thought I would take the plunge. Ordering was easy and I received a confirmation straight away. It took about 3 weeks but the shoes finally arrived and looked really good but they were the wrong size! It took a bit of work to get hold of somebody (you need to be persistent and use social media as they do not respond to emails) but eventually they agreed that they had made a mistake and arranged a new pair. I was sent a tracking number and within 10 days my new shoes had arrived and are perfect. They look great and the quality is excellent. I was really concerned but turns out it was worried over nothing. Great company, it just takes time to do what they do.

Delivery took a while but that’s expected because the shoes imported, shoes were brand new condition and look authentic, can’t find anything that seems like they’re fakes. 10/10

I have ordered my shoes and it showes me my order number and how much I will be paying but it has been 6 days until it’s been saying order processing anyone know what to do ?

Our shoes took some time to arrive but when I queried this, I got a prompt reply. The box and packaging had been completely ruined though-and as this was a gift was disappointing to give to my daughter like this.

I gave 4 stars because the delivery was just so stressful, the parcel information was not updated for 18 days. I thought that I got scammed so at this point I just stopped checking the info about the parcel. But then I suddenly get a parcel on my door! And the shoes are AMAZING! Literally I just bought shoes for only £115 when they cost about £400+ especially extremely expensive because of my popular shoe size:|. Jordan’s are original! Can’t wait to buy more, I just hope that the parcel information will get improved, and show us the movement of the parcel so we don’t feel scammed. At some point I tried to contact the flyretrouk company but couldn’t seem to find any kind of way to contact them, so that was very annoying as well! But at the end I still got original Jordan’s, so I’m happy I guess might give this company a chance?

They arrived within 18 days but they came already creased and I can’t tell if they’re fake or not

This company is a thiefthey took my daughter money from December for a Jordon for her birthday up until now he said the send to wrong address contact Royal Mail ,royal mail return the package because they did not put the right address .I contact them over and over and they keep telling all sort of thief I contact them this morning they said they resend the package I then respond asking them for the new tracking number upon till now they have not respond I am going to expose them on social media they are a thieving bunch of thief

I ordered before Christmas not realising the Jordan’s I ordered were coming from Canada. The box was slightly damaged but the trainers were immaculate and perfect fit. They took about three weeks to arrive.

Good service trainers arrived perfect really nice fast delivery within the 20 days and had good customer service correspondence thankyou would use again

I received the shoes today after quite a long time, over a month…. I was informed that it would take longer because there is a holiday in the country.… shoes ordered for a daughter look great…. I don't know if they are original or no……. but they really look nice and I recommend ….. she is happy then i happy to 😊

When I first bought from there they asked for OTP or One Time Pass code and didn't realize what it meant, like an idiot, it then told me the transaction had failed (It hadn't) I believed it to be a scam but they showed up about a month later, the box was kinda beat up but I took them to my mate who knows a decent amount he didn't believe they were fake and based on youtube tutorials on how to check they seem legit, the shoes themselves were in great condition. Overall I don't think they are fake BUT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There's lots of different and more stable companies that have much better representations to get shoes from overall it was just a hassle.
