CON ARTISTS! Ordered a pair of Air Jordan’s Mid 1 on 26/11/21 they arrived 10days later, box was beaten about and a mark was on one of the trainers! I contacted the company which the customer service is appalling you only get one email back from them per day and always in the Morning. Somebody finally emailed me back to say they would offer me £5 back which is ludicrous! They would not send me another pair out. I sent them back and has cost me nearly as much as the trainers to send back. I sent them back on 15/12/21 and only got my refund on 16/02/22! Disgusting behaviour rip off merchants fake shoes fake company and this is putting it politely. I warn everyone not to buy from these people. This has caused me so much stress and upset!!

Flyretro are a fake company. The products are fake and you’ll never get your money back when you complain. The over service is appalling. You can’t return but only to a large cost to yourself. The sizing is poor too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I think they have renamed themselves too so avoid any company with the name Flyretro

Fly retro sell fake Jordan for the same price as genuine Jordans..don't comprise on price what you get is what you pay for .

Brought a pair of Jordan’s they was fake. They smelt of filler that you put in holes in the wall, I sent them back to return they told me they never received the shoes even tho they was signed for, I lost out on £114 plus £25 for shipping them back. Don’t do it to yourself save up and pay the actual price.

I went to place an order and it asked me for my payment details, I went along just like I did the last time I ordered, i pressed pay and it sent me to loads of different sites. Then said your payment has been declined, but it took the money out my bank. £125, disgusting scammers.

Our shoes arrived today.Very happy with them.Good price.Didnt know they are based in Hong Kong.We hadn't heard anything for a while and at one point we thought we had been scammed but they turned up and were genuine.I just wish we had a order number etc and better communication as we became concerned about the website etc.Sent several emails about the order but no replies.Took about 3 weeks to arrive.

take i got the shoes in great condition and are
excellent quality. I am very grateful with the
service overall it as they kept me updated with
my package on instagram, when i messaged
them.

Nike air Jordan box. Trainers are smart. Well impressed and will be ordering again.

Was different from fly retro and the second time it was another different company name !!!

Do NOT buy from here. Ignore the good reviews they are most likely not genuine reviews. This website is a SCAM ! I ordered Jordan 1’s. Didn’t realise they were fake and i am unable to get my money back, tried to contact them but they don’t have a contact number & tried to email but email is ‘not found’ - fake email also. Complete Scam !!!

Ignore all the good reviews they can not be genuine. My son saved his Christmas money to buy the trainers he really wanted. He was absolutely devastated when they arrived and they were fake. I hope you scammers are happy and enjoy the money you have stolen from him. You are thieves, nothing less.

Do not buy off fly retro I tried by some jordand 1s and they were so fake don’t skip this message and buy stuff only buy off stock x or Nike never buy off flyretro. My aj1s say aocajina where Nike air should be. DO NOT BUY

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 dark mochas, They are AWSOME!!! They arrived in 2 weeks and they are brilliant quality.I would recommend buying from this site ,very happy with my purchase hope this helps .👍

I had some reservations initially because I thought I was buying from the UK. I discovered I wasn't after placing the order. However, my emails were answered promptly, the sneakers arrived safely, 17 days after the order was placed, and my granddaughter is delighted with them. All my doubts were unfounded and I would happily use this site again.
