Got refunded though Comp still running

Got refunded due to some error apparently. Felt like a dodgy site as competition still running

Hi there, Great you received your refund while we addressed the errors! We are not a "dodgy" site and the competition was not still running. The site was disabled at our end with a "COMING SOON" message added at the face end.

The website has now been completely redeveloped with no errors and is going live early January.
We hope to see you there and are looking forward to issuing you your compensative FREE entries as mentioned in the previous refund email sent out 😊

Great service

I recently won a competition with F&F and received my prize very promptly. They were very friendly and professional when speaking to me and the whole process was hassle free! Would definitely recommend.
