For the third time we are currently experiencing a total loss of phone service, a disruption that has lasted over 10 days on each occasion and resulted in a significant loss of potential clients.
I previously filed a complaint on February 23rd, which has been disregarded. Furthermore, I have opened multiple cases to request a copy of my contract and to verify my contract end date; however, these cases were deleted from my account without resolution.
Additionally, I am contesting the charges applied to my account for repairs during the previous system failure. On all three occasions, the outages were caused by their faulty equipment. I previously opened a case to request a refund for these unauthorized charges, but that case was also deleted from your system.
I bitterly regret being lured by this horrendous company.

More poor communication. Yet to receive a call back from the ‘ investigation’ with my non existent WiFi for months over Christmas. I requested a refund and at least a discussion about the disgraceful service for the repair which finally happened the week previous with my having to go onto my laptop on a call to reset the router. I have been charged fully each month regardless of faults. Couldn’t set my alarm nor see my cameras in my business all the way through November and December/ January.
Stay well away from this company.
The communication company that doesn’t communicate and will take your money regardless of a service that doesn’t work.

If I could give a 0 I would. The service is absolutely diabolical. You get billed and never a explanation. Hidden charges. Add ons, price changes every month. When you call to ask or be advised you just get bounced around departments. Account manager is disengaged and non existent. No one calls you back or even cares to want to help. Hidden contract clauses. Don't sign anything. I wouldn't recommend this company to any small business like mine. They are sharks. Once they have you they don't care about the service they provide. Very hard to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would like to thank Jimmy Williams in Customer Services for his efforts in rectifying a huge over-charging issue for both sites in our Federation. Having tried to reach anyone that could help me with only one 'advertised' telephone number and hitting brick wall after brick wall, I Googled telephone numbers for Focus and came up with one that got me through to Jimmy. He listened to a very frustrated recount of the situation from myself and promised he would look into it for me. He advised me it might take some time, but he got back to me as promised with a resolution and a credit to our accounts totalling over £1500 of overcharges. We are very grateful.

The biggest “iffy” company when they tag along contracts to dubious companies like “tower leasing” to all their contracts.
You have been warned.
Make sure Tower leasing are excluded from anything you sign for.
Expect to pay for hidden yearly charges on top of your contract 3-5 yr contract.
Additional yearly charges will appear you didn’t agree too. Excuses they use, additional charges will be guaranteed above inflation…. check the small print.
Just keep away.

Adam was very friendly and he explained the functionality of the software really well, making it easy to follow and ask questions when needed.

This is my second training session with Robbie and like the first session, I found Robbie to be an excellent tutor and his explanation of the Horizon telephone system most helpful in regards to helping our business operate successfully. And I appreciate Robbie's offer to contact him should I have need if there is anything I am unsure of about the Horizon platform.

We experienced significant connectivity issues with our phone system, including being unable to answer inbound calls and problems making outgoing calls. As this directly affects client communication, it was a serious issue.
When we reported the issue, we were advised to reboot the router and check Windows updates (already thought of that). Felt as though our explanation of the problem was not properly listened to. Our IT team had already carried out checks and confirmed the fault was not related to our internal systems or connection.
Despite this, the matter was not escalated as requested, and we found our account manager to be disengaged and uninterested in investigating further. The overall handling of the situation was disappointing and beyond frustrating.
Level of service and client support is not befitting to cost of service we pay for.
