I struggled with significant bugs in this software, and it didn't perform to my expectations. Other people seemed to have better experiences. The company was good to work with, and customer service was excellent.

I’ve tried many productivity tools over the years, including well-known apps like Freedom and Cold Turkey. While both had their strengths, nothing compares to what FocusMe has done for me. This app hasn’t just helped me manage my time—it’s genuinely transformed how I work, think, and approach tasks.

The standout feature that sets FocusMe apart is the auto break function. I used to find myself grinding through hours of work, often burning out or losing focus entirely. With FocusMe, the auto break feature ensures I take the necessary rest periods to maintain my productivity and energy. It’s like having a personal assistant gently reminding me to step away before my efficiency drops.

Don’t just take my word for it. FocusMe has a 14-day free trial which I haven't seen in any other app.

I loved It for Its cheating proof functions, since it never let me down; It's perfectly functional, no bugs or delay whatsoever. Adding to that, the variety of configurations to suit everyone's needs. It simply is a great all rounders for those of us who can't trust their willpower & discipline & want a definitive fix. great value for the activation fee & probably my best investment till date. I can't thank the developers & every person involved with this masterpiece enough.

Great product, only one ive found thats truly impossible to bypass without extreme methods

Great customer service, great app idea, great experience, good price so far. Just one thing could be better for my use, being able to create more custom pomodore sessions. If I could apply diferent time sessions it would be perfect

Focus me is hands down the best self accountability program you can get.

If you want to get focused and stay focused focus me is the company. they helped configure settings and be on a strict block mode. Their software is bulletproof. I can highly recommend it.

FocusMe simply is an unbeatable product. And believe me, I have tried them all! This stuff works and it is unf..kwittable. This in combination with excellent customer service (even for those that lose their password about every month) makes that I love this product. 5 stars without a doubt.

This app saved my life. It's an absolute game-changer! I spent 80% of my day on my computer and the internet is full of distractions and harmful temptations. I hate to waste time, but I have poor willpower and discpline. I've tried many distraction blockers of all types, and FocusMe is the best, most comprehensive software that I've found. Although it's not perfect, if you commit to using it and iterating your settings and blocklists daily as new challenges arise, you will not regret installing this app! CHEAP for what it's worth! (for example, there are porn blocking softwares that cost as much as or MORE than FocusMe, yet FocusMe blocks so much more and even blocks porn BETTER!)

Great customer support and best blocking app. As a big procrastinator I've tried many apps but yet they all were easy for my procrastinator brain to turn off. Except FocusMe, I've stayed with the for more than 2 years now, they shut off every way to distract yourself. Customer support always reply in timely manner and are helpful. I recommend this program to all procrastinators that are struggling with social media or gaming.

Useful product but difficult to set up
The functionality is exactly what I need.

But I found that when I went to try and set up FocusMe on my new computer, I did not succeed.
Also, the interface is a bit tricky to figure out.

Edit: I wrote to the support team on the day that I entered this entry, but using a different email address to my Trustpilot account.
Edit 17/08/2024: After a month, I've exchanged emails with the support team, but the problem is not fixed. I've now booked a meeting with them at an early hour due to timezones.
Edit 24/08/2024: Booked a call with the help desk. Did not receive the zoom link that the meeting invitation said they would send 30 minutes before the session. The call did not happen.
Edit 25/08/2024: Resolved the problem with help from the support team. Only, it took > 1 month.
Edit 28/08/2024: The delay was probably due to a technical problem which meant that my emails did not reach the support team. Not their fault. I've bumped up the rating.

Quick response with an immediate solution. Customer service doesn't get better than that.

Unfortunately this software doesn't work if you're a Linux user. it does try, but 9 out of 10 times it will ignore and fail to block a site even though it's set to block it.

It's an amazing program, really tough and powerful. I'd only recomend to improve your interface machine with new AI tech to make a faster and improved experience
