Focusnovelty 

I ordered 3 items in Sept 2022 totalling £122.84. I received confirmation of payments but have still not received any of the items purchased.
Despite numerous emails sent to the support site for Focus Novelty Ltd I have had little to no response. I have not received any resolution to this matter. I therfore consider this a SCAM company

placed an order 10/5 and surprise surprise no product ever received!! Glad it wasnt but $30 but still absolutely ridiculous!! BUY AMERICAN

I ordered for an item way back in September and to-date it has not been delivered. Shouting to all from the rooftops that this company is a total scam and people need to be aware! I have been in touch with them several times, but they give me unhelpful responses. Kindly do NOT use Focus Novelty to order for anything as they will not deliver and you will lose your money

Total scam I ordered in September and still haven’t received the goods, they sent a totally ridiculous tracking number that showed a delivery to Liverpool. I have received emails from them but they are just a lot of excuses and not believable , I have learnt my lesson now and will never buy from Instagram and Facebook again.

This is a scam. I had to give a one star but in reality they should get none. I made a purchase on the 23st September 2022, still waiting for delivery. I did send an email and received one back stating that delivery would be in another 21 days. Yeah right. At least I have learnt not to buy anything from the internet as I don't trust them now and I can't afford to lose money this way.

Sorry I can't give a zero. This is a scam site I stupidly bought an inflatable tent from them but it never arrived. I emailed "customer service" who actually replied asking for payment details invoice number etc which I provided. Haven't heard anything since. Fuming as I thought I was vigilant.

Have not received my goods - my advice is to not deal with this company. Contact your bank - at the very least you should ask them to block this company from taking any further money - not holding my breath for a refund but my bank will at least try.

Fraudulent company,they collected my money 3 months ago and did not deliver and they kept lying that it was delivered 43 days ago,thieves,useless company,I gave 1 star so that I can be able to write,they don’t deserve any star at all,please don’t buy anything from them,the will collect your money and will not deliver.scam

Had to give 1 star to leave review! Fraudsters, bought 4 kiddies ride on toys for Christmas back in September, have never received them and won't communicate with me

This company is a fraud. Do not purchase from them. You will not get your item that you order.

What you can do if you already order the item, but did not get the item is to get the shipping label with tracking number of the item. If you don't have it file a report that you did not receive the item. with the credit card company. The credit card company will investigate to get the shipping label to verify that the item was shipped. If you track the item, it will be sent to your city, but it does not have the address. Once you have the tracking number fill out a form with USPS to investigate the item by going to postalinspectors.uspis.gov, select Report then Mail Fraud.

Try to get where the item was shipped and if possible also the weight of the package.

The mailing address will be different then what the seller put in the shipping label. Send the information to your credit card company, so they can investigate further.

Had to give 1 star... what a joke, don't want to give any. Fraudsters who take your money, don't deliver and send repeated,automated,crappy emails asking same old Information when you complain!! Ordered 1st September...they always say was delivered 43 days ago!! To where?no one knows apparently! Rip off merchants DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... FRAUDSTERS!!

I ordered the suitcases off of a Facebook ad on October 1, 2022. I contacted them on November 6th, they said that my order had been shipped, but because of their system issues they couldn’t give ma tracking number. Then on November 15th, they sent another email, after I emailed and asked them about the tracking number. They told me that my order had been shipped and due to a large amount of goods and the limited number of logistics merchants, it may take a few days for the logistics information to be updated. I have emailed them 4 more times since then. I have not received my luggage ,or a email from them since and today is December 13th. At the point I will take that loss, and never order anything off of Facebook again.

Placed an order with them via Facebook, paid straight away and have never received my order. They don’t respond to Emails either. Definitely a scam, stay well away.

Ordered an sir fryer from this company.like all these other reviews we never got it.tried to contact on numerous occasions.had one email then nothing.wentvto the bank who refunded our money now the company has responded to them and said we've had the product so the bank are looking to take the money off us.i have asked them to get signature or photo proof of delivery. SCAM COMPANY steer clear.

I ordered a suitcase buy one get one free in October AD on Facebook . I didn’t receive the suitcase. I think they got me. It’s a scam!

I have had to rate 1 star so i could write my review i orderd and payed for a christmas tree end of october as their ad was on FB after send many emails i got a response saying plz be patient my order is on its way (that was in october)its now 12th december NO TREE NO REFUND I AM DISGUSTED WOTH THIS SO CALKED COMPANY AND AM DISGUSTED THAT FB ALLOW THERE LYING SCAMS i DEMAND A FULL REFUND ASAP I WILL BE WRITTING TO SENIOR MANGEMENT OF FB AND REPORTING YOU U ARE DISPICABLE TAKINGPPLS HARD EARNED MONEY U ARE CRIMINALS

Do NOT fall for their BS! If you see their ad on FB ignore it. I ordered from them and didn't receive my order. I contacted them and they answered with a tracking number. Finally after numerous times checking for an update I saw that it went to Massachusetts, I live in New Jersey. I contacted them and they asked me to be patient. Then NOTHING! They don't return any emails. I put in a complaint with my credit card and told them what happened. After the CC company looked into it I was told that since Focus Novelty has the correct name and mailing address I will have to work with them to get the item I purchased. How can I do that when they don't reply? Yes, I got scammed and I am very disappointed with my CC company. Again, do NOT buy anything from this company

Found their product on facebook for luggage bags and it looked legit. I purchased and never recieved. The tracking number provided sent product to another country under another name. I sent over 30 emails to chase the purchase. Each time they gave a different answer.
They won't refund or respond after a while. It is under focus novelty and also moresalesline.com. Both sites have alot of negative reviews - Stay AWay

Like everyone else, I got scammed big times!
Ordered a tent but never delivered.
Scummers! Stay away!

SCAM BEWARE!! Ordered suitcase never arrived, no reply to emails or phone number. Should be locked up!
