Ordering, scheduling, tracking and delivery all good.
Delivered a dryer, 60kg, huge box -- challenging to lift, carry and transport in a car.
Yet the driver delivered it to the door in a perfect condition, alone while wearing a suit.
The dryer itself uses heatpump technology, so far we are very satisfied.
The annoying part is that they did not deliver through door threshold (the dryer had to sit outside in freezing temp until another family member could help pulling it inside) and delivery price was split over two fees (delivery and then scheduling, so got some last minute surprises).
