I really like most of the flavours and this is such an easy way to start my day with lots of water and some healthy fruit. Only downside is I can’t always get rid of all the lumps but it’s not a big deal for me.

Love these, they are great tasting, not gritty or full of bits, very refreshing. So easy to prepare and a good combo of flavour choices, I also love the fact the ingredients are really good quality too!

These make being healthy so easy! Highly recommend for both convenience and taste.

With waning motivation as winter and lockdowns have dragged on, FOGA has become essential in my routine to stay healthy and happy.

I felt the oat shakes a bit lumpy, I did swirl then shake vigorously. I prefer a smooth consistency. Not keen either on the peanut butter one either.

Ordered FOGA Plantshake on a whim. I tried a 7 day pack to start with and was surprised that I liked every flavour. I then ordered the ‘one of everything’ and am now making my way through them all. The shakes are delicious, convenient and very easy to make. The breakfast shakes are great and more filling. FOGA also have a number of recipes to ‘shake up’ the variety even further. I’m super impressed. I also love that you can return the sachets and the get recycled. I plan to become a regular customer.

I somehow managed to order an extra shake bottle thing when I signed up, but that was probably my fault. It wasn’t particularly clear though. Other than that, it’s great.
