I absolutely love Foga! I’ve had several of their Plantshakes, and have enjoyed all the flavours I’ve tried so far. I’m a massive fan of the Strawberry and Raspberry Oatshake too and buy it monthly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the FOGA shakes. I don't know how I managed without them before. Cane across some samples in Sainsvury's and was hooked. I have one for breakfast each morning and add a few extras like spinach leaves, some almond yoghurt and a little avocado. My favourite is the strawberry, although I buy all 3 yummy varieties at the same time so that I can enjoy a different flavour each morning.

Loving the plantshakes and oatshakes (the peanut butter one is soo good). It's such a handy way to get more fruit, veg, fibre & nutrients into your diet without unnecessary sugar. It's also great that there's no risk of them going off unlike smoothies you'd buy form the shop. Game changer for smoothies :)

I bought 14 and have been working my way through them and so far have liked all of them.
It took me a few tries to master the shaking technique & I recommend watching the demonstration video cause it helped me :)
I prefer them with water to milk but that’s just personal preference
Have also asked them questions/ help while choosing an order and they’ve been really helpful.

About to place my second order as I’m enjoying having one everyday! Will also try the oatshakes this time

I use Foga for their lovely breakfast oat shakes and they have drastically changed my life in a short amount of time, i struggle with a couple of different mental health problems and my main problem is ADD which means being organised and consistent is a real struggle for and my biggest struggle is breakfast i will consistenly go without eating for days because i'm simply too busy and breakfast can be mentally hard for me to create and these oatshakes take minutes to make in the morning with no patience needed and they fill me up so much i get 0 cravings until well after lunchtime and i have noticed a drastic change in my energy levels and mood. my only reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is that i wish, wish, wish wish! they had more flavours personally i love a savoury breakfast which is why the pb & j one is my favourite but i just wish they had a none berry option. maybe some mint or cookie dough!

I received my items with fast delivery and I was delighted to see that it also contained a return envelope to send back packaging for recycling. The products were great and I appreciated the online support. Great service!

It didn’t mix in very well and I just didn’t like any of them

I love the shakes and the fact that I can choose my selection. Added bonus with the recycling scheme. The sprinkles are great too.
