It’s been a very supported experience of getting my crafts out there with Folksy. I was quite daunted about starting an online shop but feel I’ve made a good choice.

Easy to browse and I can buy items knowing it's all British made

Folksy is a great place to find genuine handmade items, at good prices and most of all by UK makers. Prices are always competitive and are delivered in a very timely manner. I would and do recommend shopping on Folksy to all of my friends and family. Thank you

I am a new maker on Folksy and opened my shop about a month ago. I have found it a very supportive and friendly community and although it takes a lot of self promotion on the socials I have not yet been able to give it the time it needs. But I will do!

I have bought several items from Folksy for Christmas presents in the last few weeks. I am delighted with all of them and the service the hand crafters offered. It was swift and professional.

I set my shop up in August and have been promoting it like mad since on other social platforms BUT when I tell folk I'm selling on Folksy they have ALL replied " Oh! What's that ? -I've never heard of it!
Folksy - you really need to get out there and promote and advertise yourself. The sellers are out there promoting their individual shops but unless you at Folksy - advertise more as a selling platform we won't attract new customers whatever we do. You really do need to get the Folksy brand and message out there.

The fees and overall working of the site is excellent.

Have signed up to sell on Folksy about 3 weeks ago. The shop was simple to set up and I love how it looks.
Everything worked well and there has been lots of support and advice available through email.
I was expecting it to take awhile to sell anything but have already had my first order come through.

Not (yet) as well known as the big corporate American sites but genuine and honest, a great platform to market your UK handmade items and craft supplies. Has a fantastic, supportive, community spirit both from the company’s representatives and other sellers in the forums.

Folksy is a wonderful site full of amazing artists.
The site is easy to use and great for gifts.
I haven't had any issues with any of my orders and all the artists I have brought from have been very helpful.
Added bonus that ALL items are made in the UK by hand !

Love that Folksy is for crafts people only and run by real people. Easy to use Web site and love their promotional ideas.

These earrings are really beautiful. A special 13th birthday present for my great niece who called them “amazing”.

As a new vendor on Folksy, i have been very impressed with the service and platform in general. It is very easy to use and navigate with simple tools and sections. I like that it feels very community based and that they really care for the sellers and customers they have. I hope my Folksy shop with do well - I have sold 5 items already and only had it for a week!

Amazing super quick customer service. I've had a few issues namely with PayPal payments, they have been super helpful.

I love folksy they don't mess you around like other platforms

Lovely website. Excellent communication. Items not numbered so difficult to send someone a direct link to the specific product (if requested).

I love Folksy already, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The price is right, its very fair...I have had 1 sale so far, I am doing lots of promoting of Folksy and hope more sales will come soon...
