Purchases were never sent out

I ordered two plushies, no confirmation email was sent. I contacted them after a while about this, but they refused to re-send it. In the end, my purchases were never sent at all. After a month of them giving various excuses with a tracking link that doesn't work, I opened a dispute and won. Do NOT waste your money on this scam.

Shipping guarantee is bullshit

I ordered the product and it said 5 day shipping. I even paid extra for the shipping guarantee. It showed up 9 days after I ordered it and the person it was going to, my wife had already left the location where she was supposed to receive it. When I emailed them I got back a plethora of excuses including it said 5 to 10 days shipping, which was nowhere to be seen. And the excuse of it takes time to process. Basically it ruined the surprise and they charged me extra to do it.

When will you deliver my products

We have still not received the delivery of our purchases. There was information of a delay but the follow up was poor and updates was lacking. This is causing us anxiety about the quality of the service, the items purchased and the payment.

I’m writing this to warn others about FollowYourLegend, a company that engages in misleading marketing and bait-and-switch tactics. Their site mimics the look, feel, and branding of Snuggle Pals, a well-known company that sells high-quality, weighted stuffed animals and supports animal-related charitable causes.

Here’s what happened to me:
• While searching online, I believed I was purchasing from Snuggle Pals. The site I landed on — FollowYourLegend — had a similar name, nearly identical styling, and emotionally driven language about protecting animals. I was tricked into thinking it was the same company.
• What I received was a low-quality stuffed animal that wasn’t weighted at all — a total departure from what Snuggle Pals offers. It felt cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the product I thought I was ordering.
• When I contacted FollowYourLegend for a return or exchange, they told me that because my item was “on sale” (a fact I wasn’t clearly made aware of at purchase), it was not eligible for a return or refund.
• Their customer service was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No accountability. No solution. No concern for the deceptive experience they created.

After doing more research, I found:
• They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and over 50 complaints, many of which received no response at all.
• This seems to be a pattern — not a one-off. They operate by tricking consumers, delivering inferior products, and then hiding behind fine print.

Bottom Line:

FollowYourLegend is a scam masquerading as a heartfelt brand. Their goal is to lure you in with borrowed trust and visuals, ship you garbage, and then shut the door on your complaints.

I strongly encourage you to:
• Avoid this company entirely.
• File complaints with the FTC, California Attorney General, and BBB.
• Leave public reviews on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, Reddit, and Instagram to warn others.

Don’t let them keep doing this to unsuspecting customers.

Must be patient to be delivered in Europe.
Must pay VAT and administrative costs at customs, because the company is not registered in Europe.

Untrustworthy & incompetent

I ordered two plushies for my kids. They took about a month to arrive and when they did, one of them was wet. The two cardboard boxes that come with them were destroyed. I emailed the company expressing my frustration and they apologised and said them would send out replacements. They said they will email me when the order is sent.Three weeks later and no email, because the order hasn't been sent and I doubt it will be !

Even when I they sent the original order, it took forever. When I emailed them asking why it was taking so long, I got an email back saying it was in transit, yet when I tracked the parcel, it was (and had been for the previous week) sitting in New Jersey. Yet somehow they considered this "in transit"!

Bought the hoodies and they were comfy, however I didn't know they'd shrink 2.5 sizes and when I asked about an exchange they basically told me to kick rocks

So it was a pretty straightforward…

So it was a pretty straightforward purchasing process but the one problem is I get that I got economy shipping but all the tracking apps are having trouble locating or giving approximate times like the shop app and route are both having extreme troubles predicting where it's at like shop app says it's at her hometown routes is saying it's in salt lake both of them don't want to give a good estimate ship time and I'm getting it's coming from across the country but yeah it's coming up on two weeks since I've ordered it so as a heads up they shift through DHL
