They are SCAM!

Months ago, i ordered 2 hats and they gave me a Legend Magazine as a gift (it was automatically included).
I received this order 1 month later, without the Legend Magazine (ok, who cares about it) + 20EUR fine for customs.

Then, today, after almost 3 month, i found a charge of 25EUR for my subscription to the Legend Magazine!!!!

I think this website is a completely scam!

I had to call my credit card customer service for blocking my card into their website.

I also tried to log in an i didn't find at all my PAYMENT SETTING! I never save my card into any website, i am very scrupulous. I don't know why they have been able to do it.

Stay AWAY from them!!

Ordered a hoodie and sweatpants of the same colour my first problem is they suggest sizing up which is completely wrong it was way too big almost impossible to talk to customer service I finally got an address to send it back to I had to pay for shipping they scam you buy always having a “discount” which is the real price of what they want they only do that so you can’t get a refund

Nice products. Admin needs improvement.

Second time of ordering a heavy Alpaca Cloud hoodie and joggers, as son was so happy with his.

Paid by Apple Pay. No confirmation email though.

Emailed them and got a reply, quite quickly, with a tracking link, that didn’t work.
Items arrived a few days after that.

Both items are very comfortable and warm. I particularly like that the labels just pull off.

Would rate zero if I could

Would rate zero if I could. Received the bracelet on 9/3 filled it with my parents ashes on 9/7 realized the braclet was gone because the magnets don’t stick. Now I am out of a bracelet as well as my parents ashes. Luckily I have buyer’s protection from my cc company. Reached out to legend with no response.

The site says same day shipping not at at true

The site says same day shipping. My product shipped days later. I think 4. Why say this if you can’t do it?

Paying $12 to have a hoodie shipped from NY to CA that take 2 weeks to get to the recipient?

Product may be fine. I don’t know I still have not received my product. Garbage.

Communication with your customers about…

Communication with your customers about delivery and extra costs should go by personal email. Not via AI bots. Also, accepting money for items on the website that are not available is unfair. There is really a lot missing within your organization to deal with customers like this. Shame on you.

charged me for expedited shipping at…

charged me for expedited shipping at 16.99 for a small stuffed animal - should have been 2-4 days. Now I am informed it will be at least 12 days. Has not been delivered and no mention of refunding my shipping charge. would not use again.

A non transparent and dishonest company

This company is pumping out false adverticing about their products, claiming the use of warm and soft alpaca wool. They even compare it with cashmere wool...
When recieving the hoodie, it only shows to contain 20% wool on the inside layer of the double layer fabric. All in all It's barely 10% alpaca wool.
The rest is 40% polyamide, some tencel and cotton - nothing they show in their ads on social media.

This is just false marketing at a very high price, fooling the customers with highlightening the use of pure alpaca wool.
I will go far until I get my money back. That is just principle to me.

Avoid Ordering From This Company

Avoid Ordering From This Company – Extremely Unreliable Service!

I placed an order on July 12th for a shirt and caps, and after more than 40 days, my package is still “in transit.” Tracking shows it stuck at customs, yet the company keeps repeating the same response: “There is nothing we can do.”

When I requested a refund, they told me to refuse delivery and send the package back. This advice is meaningless, because the main issue is that the order has never been delivered in the first place. Effectively, they are refusing to take responsibility.

As a consumer, it is important to know that according to international consumer protection principles (such as the right to timely delivery, the right to receive goods as described, and the right to a refund when goods are not delivered), the company is legally obligated to either deliver the order within a reasonable timeframe or issue a full refund. Passing the responsibility onto the customer is unacceptable and misleading.

I will be filing an official complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities and payment provider to recover my money. No customer should have to go through this frustrating experience.

This is not just poor service – it is disgraceful business practice.

Nothing Special; Lacking customer service

I ordered two of these for my wife and daughter thinking they would be cute. The product is a basic plush toy. I received an additional 2 a few days later. Trying to do the right thing, I sent an email telling them about it and said if they sent me a label, I would return. Their replay was asking me to confirm I received the same items twice. I told them yes... AGAIN. And then, the next email was wanting me to take a picture of the duplicate items... I mean come on! I was trying to return something that you obviously sent in error, but you wanted to be a pain about it. They finally sent a message saying to keep the additional order. I'm not sure exactly who these people are, but it's apparent they are not customer friendly.
