Fantastic product! I wanted to get a love sac but they are so much money! I started looking for the same product but something more in my price range. Even though I found this I was Leary on purchasing it. They have a money back guarantee so I thought what do I have to lose? Omg!! I am so glad I took that risk!! The whole family and all of our friends LOVE! Even the dog who wont even sleep on the couch or bed has been snoozing in it! I would post a pic if able! The only regret I have is not getting a bigger one or 2 of them!

I have yet to receive my order but finally have just now received conformation of shipping at least. I places my order on 7/30/20 ... Today is 8/7/20 ... Which is double what the expected ship time states on the FAQ'S.... Had there been any communication of expected delays I'd likely not be upset at all...but there wasnt ..and i am... O well ... I'll just wait for the package to arrive and if I place an order in the future for a new fombag I'll just keep this experience in mind and lower my expectations accordingly.

I ordered the 7’ fombag and I was disappointed. But they Sent me 30lbs more of foam and it filled it perfectly. I’m now very happy.

This was my first order from Fombag. I ordered the 10lb bag of shredded foam. It was the perfect amount for our off brand bean bag. It was easy to work with and did not make a huge mess. Will order again when needed.

Fombag has been nothing short of incredible, truly a 1 in a million company and I can't thank them enough for all their support. Really excited to enjoy our new fombag!

I think I was expecting a bit more firmness. But the price was good so I pulled the trigger. I am about 200lbs and it's not really going to be like a couch which I was hoping it would be temporarily until my son went off to college- at which point I would give it to him. So I guess I would conclude that it's probably fine for a college kid as a fun kind of thing but maybe not much else. Not terrible and kind of fun for the price. So the Avg rating. If it was more firm and could be formed a little more, I'd give it more stars.

Works like a charm. Love my chair.

Final Edit:: I finally got through to support and received a replacement cover. I can't fault Fombag for the technical issues with email too much, but I do think this is something that could be concerning for their support. Once I called in, their support line was great and they were able to finalize the replacement for the cover. In the future, I would like to see them slightly re-design their covers so you can re-seat the zipper yourself when it comes undone.

EDIT:: Reducing my rating from a three. Fombag replies to my review below. When I reached out to them for the second time, someone responded within minutes addressing my concerns and asked for photo evidence of the damage before shipping a replacement. They also asked me to update my review here, which I am happy to do after I receive the replacement. I sent everything back within 30 minutes and I have now yet to hear back from them in over a week. I even followed back up after a couple days asking what is happening and they are just completely ignoring my inquires. I have no clue if they have shipped a replacement cover, or what is going on.

We ordered two 5' XL bags and enjoy both. They are very good quality for the price when compared to other products on the market. We enjoy the bags and use them daily, but the cover for one of the bags arrived with the zipper disconnected.

The way the covers are manufactured, there is no good way to re-seat the zipper as there is no lead to get it started. It looks like they just took a long zipper, cut the ends off, and sewed it onto the cover. This works fine as long as an end of the zipper stays connected, but the moment it comes un-done, there is no way to get it reattached properly without tearing it up.

I reached out to their support immediately after they arrived mentioning the cover arrived faulty but never got a response after several weeks. The cover itself is $120 plus and extra $20 because we originally ordered a premium cover. That seems insane just for a cover, especially when they are easily broken with a bad zipper.

I'll try to contact their support one last time because we would not be happy spending an additional $140 to replace a cover that arrived faulty.

Love it I am so happy I purchased definitely wait at least 4 days to let it expand to its full potential! It’s bigger and better then expected! Will order again!!

Update: Been using daily for 3 weeks now only thing is I seem to have to do is flip and fluff up after ever use or I feel like I am on the floor.

ORIGINAL 3/5 stars: Very comfortable, but a lot smaller than hoping based on online dimensions. I purchased the five foot oval lounger, no matter how I fluff it's closer to 4-4.5 feet, and nowhere near as high as stated. Some excess material, too. Received a week ago, I'm hoping maybe it's understuffed and plan to reach out to customer service.

UPDATE 4/5 stars: Received the additional filling, my bag is now a decent amount larger and appears it was pretty understuffed. I appreciated how quick the company was to remedy, and that it was free of charge. There were a couple of issues adding the foam. 1) It is a VERY messy process. The supplemental fill is literally a plastic bag of shredded foam. Even after a heavy vacuum, I'll be finding foam pieces in my rug for weeks. I wish it came a different way, like compressed foam sheets or blocks that you could put in there and break once zippering the liner back up. 2) I found when going to add the fill that both zippers on my liner had the pulls broken off. Luckily I was able to force a paperclip in there and use that instead. Not enough of an issue to deal with a return on something that large though.

Overall fairly pleased, and will probably consider using them again. Customer service was very helpful to deal with.

It was either a couch or the form bag. so I went with the foam bag I’m glad I did! something fun and cool and different very affordable. my toddler loves it. it’s a giant playground !! The only thing I don’t like is The smell of it I hope it goes away over time. Thank you so much😃

It is still true that I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, was it because of a poor product I am not sure. I know that it didn't work for me, but could be different for someone else. Anyways, Fombag reached out to me regarding my review and product experience, they wanted to make it right. I really appreciate this type of dedication to their customers, regardless if they make a sale or not. In the end I am satisfied with the agreement we came to and wanted to update my review as such...I may even purchase from them again in the future - who knows. The most important thing is that I didn't feel "robbed" and I did feel that this company cared about my overall satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised on this overall outcome.

Given the product I was having shipped, it came in an acceptable amount of time, I would say that is where the good impressions ended. The instructions are misleading, I average the bean bag to fully expand after maybe 2 weeks? Once I felt enough time had past, the "plumpness" of the bean bag was a lot to be desired. It was extremely comfortable but not the height or size I was expecting, it didn't feel worth the price I paid. After a few days of use it would be deflated so much that the top would hit the floor, making the light weight fluffyness obsolete. I started doing some research and found that Fombag lets you purchase additional foam to add. While I thought this seemed unfair it was the fastest way to get the "actual" product I wanted. The foam came very quickly BUT it was just a very large plastic bag with foam pieces inside AND the bag that holds the foam is stitched closed....making me wonder how the heck was supposed to add foam to the bag??? This was frustrating. I am still working with a flat Fombag, dissapointed but not sure what to do. Overall the product is great, very comfy and soft BUT the company just doesn't fill them enough to be ideal or anywhere close to the picture they advertise. I would say this could be be intentionally misleading and it is very concerning as a customer.

I am still waiting for the foam to expand. This is my first bean bag chair and I got it today. The fombag shipped and arrived much quicker than I expected. I am looking forward to seeing how it looks fully shaped.

Beautiful and comfortable. I look forward to years of plush enjoyment with my Fombag. However, UPS was very late in delivering product and it was impossible to track or get a current update.

Absolutely love our Lovesac! I got this as a gift for my husband and we are laying here while I type this review! The 7ft lovesac is an absolute must have! We can’t wait to lay here once the new edition to our family is here!
