Misleading policies and bad customer service

I purchased the Iphone/Ipad Password Unlocker and I was confident to pay for their service, because on their website was written Free Trial + 30-days money back guarantee.
However, their program couldn't unlock my ipad and I had to completely erase my ipad / all my content via itunes. I contacted them for a refund and they were always trying to avoid the topic and instead they were asking me about my ipad model etc. However, I made clear that it's too late to help me and they told me that they cannot offer me a refund, because of their shady policies about this refund. Of course, the refund promise is just to lie the customer to purchase the product, but once you actually get to ask for it, it's impossible.

As I paid via PayPal, I quickly requested a refund claim with screenshots and explanation and they finally didn't have a choice, but to give me my money back.

The funniest part is that at the end they sent me an email with a request to rate them with 5-stars here and in exchange I will receive a FoneGeek Video Downloader for free... Well, I am here, but I won't give you the review you want, because this is to be earned not faked.
Customers should be taken care of, not lying and misleading them.

FoneGeek provides a much needed service for downloading video content. Best of all, it is effortless: simply paste the link, choose the file specification and location of the new download, and the download proceeds immediately and quickly. This has been one of the least stressful experiences I have had when trying to accomplish a computer-related task that isn't readily available. Great experience!

Great software, great service

I purchased the 1-year license of fonegeek passcode unlocker for windows. It did great and removed the screen passcode very quickly. I sent an email to their staff to change my license to lifetime version in case I lock out of my iPhone again. I asked them to refund my 1-year license and it was absolutely not a problem. After that, I purchased the lifetime version within seconds.

Think twice and read well if you really want this

You pay €30 to get the software to register and fully function. During the restore the software each time halted at 35% and than was non responsive. I submitted a ticket in which they suggested all steps, which I already tried. Each time took 3 to 4 days before they responded. All attempts to no avail. I had to submit a request at PayPal to get my money back. The 30-day-money-back guarantee is a farce when you read it thoroughly. So, summarizing.. quite a dissapointing experience.

Incredible Customer Service!
