Today I try upgrading my phone
Today I try upgrading my phone, and lady by name Anna was unprofessional, she didn't know how provide service, When we come to back details I refused to provide my security code and asked diferent way set up direct debit online, She try send link by WhatsApp but again was just copied message not the link. Finally she sent by email. Have difficulty to put details and she checks for me the same time I understand she can see my bank details what I added. After this I told her sorry I don't need this deal. After se send me horrible messages on WhatsApp calling me Stupid lady and more 😤. That's costiumer service or scams. Be careful all

Selling phone
Obtained a quote from fonehouse for my phone which was in immaculate condition with no scratches or marks and in perfect working condition
Once sent to fonehouse after a week they sent a text saying that the phone was in poor condition and offered way below the original quote
