Support is slow response email process but advertised as 24/7 product support. Product did not work for me abd come to find out my samsung galaxy note 5 which was on the list of androids it would work for. I found out only certain model numbers which make no since other than scam. It starts off as a free trial and then it says it won't work unless you buy it and then you buy it and they say it wont work on your model. Then they say no refunds. The support is an email process and takes days for them to respond. There was no literature any where that said only for certain models infact only after I purchased it did it ask for a model number. To me this means you should have some type of a capatabilty list before you buy the product. Im posting this so that the rest of the public interested in possibly buying this product will know that they do not offer any refunds even though it is clearly useless to me and my model number. In my opinion how this product is pushed through Google search it is border line SCAM.

Its data recovery is quite good. Last week my USB crashed and files in it all disappeared. And I searched online for solution and saw fonepaw tutorial for data recovery. I recover the data I want.
I have read all the reviews before, and I am feel sad at the first time. But when I purchase the data recovery for recovering my computer deleted files. I think this software will be better than the mobile's softwares. Because it helps me to find the important deleted documents and the photos. These files are my baby girl's birthday records.
Glitchy...kept saying "unknown error try again". Didn't work at all. Would not recommend

I was desperately trying to recover the data from my Samsung Galaxy S6 as the screen had smashed, so bought this in utter desperation..... without having read this site first. It downloaded fine, but every time I connected the phone to it, it didn't recognise it and just wanted another $19.95 to buy multiple licenses. I've reported to my credit card company as a scam, as I have no proof whatsoever that the software works. Very disappointing.

I purchased the software but have not received the key/password to use the software. Now paypal are looking into a claim back for me. useless customer service-do not use it's a con.

Software does not work
Registered the software and was still treating it as an unregistered product. When trying to enter the licence number it accepted it again and said the product was registered. But then again could not do anything with the software as it said "unregistered." Support could not help so they offered me another product as a freebie as compensation. What's the point of that? I have now requested a refund and shall see what happens.

I needed to restore deleted photos from an SD card in an android phone, Found this company's 'free' software on the internet, it got the deleted photo's however you then have to purchase software to recover the photo's. Clicked on buy now - there is a list of software, no clear instructions, I purchased what I believed to be the right product - from that point on its been a nightmare. Can't access the software, customer service support is dire and they now tell me I have purchased the wrong software. No help, no guidance. In my view a complete con! Very unhappy.

They just took my money, and nothing happened. I followed every instruction to the item and there was no recovery or even a download. There is no customer service. I am filing a fraud claim with my credit card company and the Attorney General's office of the State of NY. Total scam, complete robbery. Because of the engagement in a lawsuit, i need to retrieve all my messages in my Samsung Galaxy S7. Luckily, i got them back with FonePaw. It was not easy to operate, though. I failed in the first time, displaying root failed. I contacted the customer service and got feedback on the next day. And I tried again with their provided method. It worked!! And successfully got my needed messages! It is tough but finally got losing data back. Glad to find FonePaw.
I have purchased iOS data backup and restore, but when I press recover, it asks me to make another purchase. So I feedbacked to the customer service of fonepaw. And we finally found out that I registered a recovery app with my code. When I put my code into the right app, the data backup restore app works well. So I think the app is just fine but what bother me a lot is that they put different features (should be purchased individually) into the same app, which confuses users to register.
There free trial does nothing more than iTunes would normally do. Complete waste of time and potentially your hard earned money. You can not make an informed decision about their product(s) without purchasing first.
I bought the Fonepaw product (not cheap) to revive an iPad which would not start up. The programme failed after many attempts. After 9 days I asked for a refund. I was asked to send in log files, try different things endlessly, all of which I did but none of which worked. I was dealing with a Sophia who no longer chooses to reply to my emails. I have wasted a lot of money, the company no longer communicates is clearly are not going to stand by their money back guarantee. Product did not work, reneged on 'money back guarantee'. Appalling.
I've had program for two days and have had no luck in connecting my HTC one M8 to the Fonepaw software.
The automatic connection didn't work and the MANUAL connection requires 4 inputs... 3 of which are mandatory. The device type input is mandatory but the program does not allow me to select... What TF!!! If I proceed the fault code says I have not selected device type... so frustrating.
Will try again with clear head but think PAYPAL will be notified to dispute transaction.

Here is what we did.
We decided to try and get a connection to the HTC sync manager app... had to follow instructions from HTC for this to work... easy peasy.
Once connection was made to HTC we tried to connect to Fonepaw and got it with no problems... the only comment I can make is Fonepaw should rewrite their instructions to include "establish connection with phone makers sync manager app then connect to Fonepaw"
Fonepaw program was not able to retrieve lost contacts... this possibly isn't any fault of Fonepaw because I had reloaded my 4 year old sync contacts from gmail... however I did use Fonepaw to retrieve my messages which did give me numbers and names from reading the text... very slow and laborious... but I got them.
If I hadn't loaded the old contacts Fonepaw might have retrieved the lost contacts... in which case I would give them a four star... if the connection process was explained a lot better then perhaps a five star... but alas its only a three because the connection instruction was crap and the kingoroot (third party) couldn't get the job done.
Horrible company - stay away!

I also don't think there are humans in the other end of any support emails, it looks automated.
Purchased the product, no license code email showed up which was kinda odd for a tech company..
- 24h later - still no license code.
- Found a "retrieve license code" function online, didn't work either.
- Sent a support request including the order id, now receiving the same idiotic question over and over again, no matter what I reply to them..
- Tried sending a "please cancel my order" - got the same 100% exact text / questions once again, which I have already replied to several times..
Luckily I payed with paypal, so hopefully I can get them to return the money..

I bought the one month version and realized within an hour that I couldn't use it. I politely requested a refund and then was given the run around for 6 weeks, during which my version expired, and I was never even able to get the program to connect with my phone. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and I have nothing good to say about them. Save yourself time and money and walk away from this company. They do not stand behind their product and will not issue refunds.
Fonepaw looked good. The trial was excellent so I paid for the full system. It worked for a few days transferring files from a windows PC to IOS devices. After a break of a couple of months I needed it again. All file transfers FAILED. The messages implied a lack of space on the receiving device. This was nonsense given the files being transferred are measured in KBs and the space available on the receiving device in GBs. Complained via email and Fonepaw responded very quickly, requesting screenshot evidence and the a couple of days later requesting debug files. I responded to all requests for information within 48 hours. It is now about 4 weeks since I reported the problem and now they are not even replying to me emails.
The product does perform well. However if a problem arises their customer service is seriously poor.
I accidentally purchased 2 Fonepaw products that did the same thing. Within 10 minutes of buying the second one, and without having opened it (or used the activation code), I wrote to request a refund, explained the situation. After telling me I would receive a refund for the mistaken purchase, and then my receiving no refund, I followed up in email and the refund has now been denied without explanation. Worse than that, each time I have responded to an email by asking for customer service to do something or answer a question, I receive the exact same email over and over. I am on the SEVENTH email request for a direct phone number for a supervisor now.
Software did not work as advertised. Tech support is worthless. It's not my job to beta test they're crappy software.
Refund requested and PayPal dispute filed.
