Have to say, very impressed with Fonis.com! As everyone does, I got the fear a bit as I was about to spend £100s on a phone from a company in a foreign country, and who I (or anyone I work with) had never heard of before. Checked out other Trust Pilot reviews and they looked OK, so thought I'd take the plunge!

I bought my dad a Galaxy Note 4 for his birthday, at a much lower price than I could find anywhere else, and had to chance my address due to putting his instead of mine by accident. No problem - I emailed them and received a friendly reply saying they'd do it no worries.

The phone then arrived on time, in great packaging and as stated on the website. Can't really ask for more tbh.. Will definitely use again :) Thanks Fonis.

I ordered an LG G4 from Fonis, i placed the order sunday evening, it was dispatched the next day and got here wednesday morning. Very fast and the phone is superb.

I recently purchased the duos from fonis after some hesitation but that wasn't required as the device came on time and in great condition and works as expected. Not a fake but an African version. A note to others that Samsung won't repair the s6 in the warranty as it was purchased outside the uk telling me to to get it repaired in that country I purchased it in. I rather get it insured but that's not fonis fault as I realised this before I purchased.

I am so impressed of speed of delivery (2 days). Wonderful company. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much Fonis! I ordered a HTC Desire Eye in blue and he delivery was very fast, it took 3 days as mentioned. The phone was brand new and everything seems to be working fine 😄.

Ordered an M9+ in Gold/Gold, checked out, paid up, all good. Except a few hours later i'm told what i ordered was not in stock. A bit miffed to say the lease. However, an alternative (and cheaper) Gold / Silver version was in stock so went with that. Item shipped and arrived from Dubai in under 36hrs.... you can't even get a pair of socks delivered from down the road off of flebay in that time. Tracking was bang on the money at every step of the way. Customer support was all over the out of stock issue and were all good at all points.

Phone itself is bang on. HTC will tell you an M9+ will not work in the UK...... this is complete cobblers. Popped my new 'nano' sim in from o2 and it worked perfectly out of the box. Phone is a bit of a powerhorse battery eater but if you know what your doing then this can be sort of sorted.

All in all very happy with Fonis and the handset they supplied but am knocking them 1 star as what i originally ordered was in stock when i checked out so i don't know how it suddenly became out of stock after i'd paid for it.

I can not speak more highly of Fonis - the whole process they deal with was more than perfect in every way - However TNT tried to deliver the item on Friday ay 11:30am I phone them at 2pm only to be told I could not collect it until Monday - I had to complete a on line form informing them I would collect it today - I got to their Depot which is a 30 minute drive away and after 10 minutes of searching I was told the driver had taken it back out on his route - They could not contact him - They came across as it was an everyday thing - TNT do not offer a service and unfortunately Fonis will not have my custom my companies custom over 4000 employees and I will be telling everyone of the BAD experience TNTand not to use any company the use TNT. Sorry Fonis but thety hvae both of us down.

Excellent service. My new phone arrived sooner than expected and the tracking was really helpful in receiving delivery. Phone arrived securly packaged and in perfect condition. Very pleased with the price of the phone. Had it 3 days now love it.

They have a really Good customer service providers. Good and Fast shipping received my LG G4 H815 Leather Black in 3 days, And yeah i would recommend this site to others and will probably buy from there again.

I ordered a galaxy s5 mini which upon the first charge I realised was faulty. The phone was running hot and the battery draining extremely quickly. I reported this to Fonis the same day, (within 3 days as required as per their returns policy). I was advised to reset the phone, when this did not work I was asked to take the phone to be fixed/tested myself, which I refused saying I wanted to return the phone for a replacement or refund. I was told to 'return the device to be investigated before they would proceed to the next step'. It took five days to get to this stage.

It took a further 16 days from Fonis receiving the phone to rectify the issue and process my refund. (I had been prepared to have a replacement product but after three weeks of chasing Fonis and being made to feel like I wasn't being truthful about the fault I no longer wanted the company to have my custom or money).

During the 16 days in which they had my device I requested a refund or replacement on multiple occasions only to be told I would receive an update soon, which never came. The issue only got resolved after I informed them that I had raised a dispute through PayPal.

This is by far the worse customer service I have ever received and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery and tracking excellent. Device brand new and sealed in box as described. No extra charges. Excellent all round service! Recommend Fonis with confidence!
