Will not remove me from their email lists despite repeatedly unsubscribing. I have had to complain to DIA NZ who manage spammers under NZ law.
I've never used Foodhub but a restaurant I've ordered take-away meals from obviously does. Now I've been repeatedly spammed by Foodhub, despite repeated opt-outs, messages and emails. I received an email from them saying that I should contact the restaurant, even though the spam is coming from Foodhub. I did this, they say they have had a number of complaints and would chase up Foodhhub, who should have removed me from their list. I've now placed this in the hands of the ACMA.
Food was luke warm by the time the driver dropped off everyone else’s food and finally got to my place.
Currently trying to obtain a refund for an order that was cancelled by the takeaway operator who responded saying they would refund immediately. Takeaway operator was closed at the time (unknown to us and hours not published on the site)
Keep having to supply the same info over and over. Still waiting on the refund
I wish there was negative stars. It’s been two hours and never received my order. When we called they told us to wait 10-15 minutes ridiculous. Don’t bother ordering and save your money some where else.

Disgusting lack of service. No driver to pick up meal nearly an hour after being prepared, picked it up myself. Will never use foodhub again.
1 hr and still did not get our food, I rang the driver which foodhub gave me. His name talha, he picked up, I asked where my food was, he said he was at the hotel picking and waiting, and then asked me who I was, and I told him we are waiting for our food from royals then he hung up on me and blocked me.
Foodhub fire this guy.

As a business that used Foodhub it’s terrible. The worse decision I’ve ever made.
Couldn’t understand basic Australian tax law and step up my receipts to show the GST on them. So I said I couldn’t use the system.
It got sent back in August and yet they continued to take the $12 service fee from my account.
That finally ended in November after lots of stressful phone calls.
Just today I get a phone call asking why I’m not using the system and that I owe $440. And if it’s not paid I’ll be put on a Bailiff's list. Wow.
I have also reported this company to ACCC
Took 2 payments for the same order twice terrible service didn't care at all about taking money out of my account that didn't belong to them.Terrible customer service there think its ok to take money out of people's account that doesn't belong to them hate them people do not use them there awful with rude staff wish I could give them no stars
On line chat is hopeless. Promise the world & give nothing. Haven't used them before & won't again. Takeaway did the delivery themselves but by the time we received the food it was mostly cold. You shouldn't advertise a service you can't supply. Absolutely hopeless. More than disappointed 😞😞
Don’t use this food ordering platform as long as they use DATMAN as their card processing company.
As a business your much needed revenue will be late and never be on time through DATMAN.
As a customer just read the reviews regarding these clowns DATMAN and avoid.
My order arrived with half missing - the chat option was no help, no ability to refund the error. Avoid!
First time using foodhub and ordered food and specified cash payment. Paid cash and food hub also deducted the money from my bank account. Nearly £50 it has cost for 2 kebabs!!!!! Customer support is useless. You raise a ticket to get the issue resolved and they just close it - without resolution. Avoid foodhub and stick to justeat. One star rating is to many.
Food hub originally built its success on being a cheaper/free alternate to just eat.
With the recent addition of a sneaky 50p service charge on all transactions, hidden in neat see through text at the bottom of your bill, and the removal of most discounts you may aswell use just eat. At least just eats customer service is good.
Steer clear and use just eat.
No way to get a refund. Ignored and lied to. Will never use again..
Don't trust them..when things go wrong they just don't care and ignore messages.
Addition of a service fee means that this service is no longer the budget option it used to be. This is in tandem with all my favourite restaurants upping their prices.
