🚨 SCAM ALERT

🚨 SCAM ALERT – FOODPANDA DELIVERY FRAUD 🚨

This is not just bad service — this is organized fraud.

FoodPanda has turned into a complete scam, and their riders and management appear to be working hand in hand in this dishonest practice. This is NOT the first time this has happened with us. It is the second, third time that after paying advance through the app, the rider simply does not deliver the food.

This time, we ordered THREE coffees, paid almost Rs. 3000 in advance, and what did we get?
👉 No delivery
👉 No rider response
👉 No accountability

Despite repeated calls and messages, the rider deliberately ignored us and vanished. It is very clear what happens next:
The rider takes the food, keeps the money (already paid through the app), and disappears — knowing very well that no cash or tip is involved.

This is gross negligence, absolute irresponsibility, and blatant unprofessionalism. FoodPanda’s customer support is equally useless — scripted replies, no urgency, no resolution, no shame.

At this point, it feels like a systematic scam, not an accident. When this keeps happening again and again, it is no longer a coincidence — it is fraud.

⚠️ People should stay ALERT
⚠️ Avoid advance payments on FoodPanda
⚠️ Think twice before trusting this app with your money

Frankly, an FIR should be lodged against FoodPanda services. This platform must be made answerable before the public and the nation for cheating customers so openly.

Extremely disappointed. Extremely angry.

Ridiculous service

With all due respect, your rider misled me. He told me that I would receive my order and that I would get a call from the head department. I agreed and trusted his words because he satisfied me by assuring that my order would be delivered. However, he did not guide me properly. If he had guided me correctly, I would have collected my order myself.
Instead, he kept repeating that I would receive my order. After that, Foodpanda blocked all contact options, and now they are refusing to process my refund. This is unfair. I am a repeated customer and have placed many orders with Foodpanda. Many times, orders get canceled after 30–40 minutes, and we manage those situations patiently. However, in this case, the rider clearly misled me.
I have proof of my conversation with the rider, including records on WhatsApp, which I can provide if required. Kindly double-check this matter and please process my refund.

Three times I have ordered Jonny and jugnu from food panda in lahore and all three times the order had some mistake, no fries given, sauce changed, lettece added when specifically asked not to. The quality is simply falling.

App is good but

App is good. but the customer support and combine delivery system is horrible. recently I ordered food. it was a full plate of biryani but I received half plate. the DAMN rider mix my delivery with someone else. I reach out to customer support for a refund or returning the order back but I don't receive any respond. I waited 30 minutes but nothing comes up. It was a very bad experience when you gave advance payment for the food but don't receive the exact quantity you ordered and paid for. Thank

Foodpanda is scamming customers

FoodPanda Refumd Issue with horrible customer service

On October 26, 2025, I placed an order worth Rs. 8,700 through Foodpanda to the same address where several previous orders have been successfully delivered.

However, the assigned rider reported being unable to locate the address and subsequently cancelled the order. I immediately contacted Foodpanda via chat, but the representative refused to issue a refund — even though there was no issue with my delivery address.

As the cancellation occurred due to the rider’s inability to find the location, not any fault on my part. The address remains valid and verifiable, as confirmed by multiple successful past deliveries.

FRAUD ALERT!!!

FRAUD ALERT!!!
One of my friends went through the same not too long ago.
We placed an order and used our Mastercard for payment. The amount was deducted but order wasn’t placed. A few minutes later the order was cancelled. I contacted my bank and they said the amount went through without a glitch. Foodpanda’s chat support is ghosting me now and not responding to a single text of mine. I looked up about this issue on social media and turns out I’m certainly not alone. I have zero expectations on this getting resolved since I know how they operate and the stuff I’ve read from fellow victims. Neither do I have any hopes from their support team which is frankly a joke.
I just want others to steer clear of this SCAM app.

I'm regular user of Foodpanda but it was Pathetic Experience.

I'm regular user of Foodpanda. I have ordered my food from foodguy restaurant and it was late an hour. Firstly, I received a call from Foodpanda call centre for confirmation of cancellation from rider. I refused because I didn't. Afterwards, I reached out to Foodpanda support they guy named as Hassan, the guy was unprofessional and don't know how to deal with the frustrated customer because this is not first time I was ordering from foodguy restaurant. They are always fast in preparation of Food and deliveries were on also on point. Hassan said me for above an hour late order that it would be hot and in fresh condition. Doesn't make sense to me so I had cancelled my order. This is the pathetic experience from not just Foodpanda rider but also Foodpanda support.

2hrs 35mins after driver calls requesting to us to cancel order so he doesn't get a bad review because he still hasn't picked up the food from the restaurant.

Pandamart Payment Deducted, Still No Refund After 18 Days.

On 2nd September, Pantamart deducted PKR 23,000 from our account against a grocery order. Since then, we have been stuck in a cycle of false promises.

First, they told me it would be resolved in 24–48 hours. Then they said 12 days. Now it’s been more than 18 days and I am still waiting.

Just yesterday, they claimed the case is “escalated to JazzCash.” But when I directly contacted JazzCash, they clearly told me the money is not with them. it is stuck inside Pantamart/Foodpanda’s system. Screenshot mein parh sakta hein paisa Pandamart k pass hein.

The question is, What were Pantamart’s support and finance teams doing for all these days? Why wait more than 18 days

deadline pass hona k bad khiyal aya k Jazz sa bhi poch laita hein.

Meanwhile, as a customer, my hard-earned money is blocked, and I am left helpless with nothing but copy-paste responses from chat support.
