I ordered from foodpanda and they said…

I ordered from foodpanda and they said to wait for 35-40 mins but after 1.5 hours i didn't receive my order and i got notification that order delivered successfully and when you make complaint to foodpanda. They are not refunding your money and sometimes when they deliver you wrong order or missing items again you contact food panda but Food panda will not apologize and refund your money back. Their customer service is rude.. don't use. The service and their drivers are evil. Eating your food and eating your money. I really hate this foodpanda is just a***

I ordered from Food Panda with an…

I ordered from Food Panda with an initially promised delivery time of 30 minutes. However, after 1.5 hours, I contacted them, and they stated that they needed at least another half an hour. I am extremely disappointed because I had guests at home, and this delay resulted in significant embarrassment in front of them.
Please i request close this foodpanda business. Please

Very very poor service

I had ordered two burgers from daily deli through the foodpanda app and had paid for them online and when I received the order I found only one burger in there. I will be adding pictures of the receipt and the bag right after opening. Then when I contacted the help centre they forwarded my refund request to their so called “SPECIALIST” who then after 10 hours responded by saying that they are unable to give me a refund. They did not specify for what reason they were unable to refund me. Very disappointed in the service these guys are providing and highly annoyed by the fact that they are not willing to accept their mistake. I have been stolen from and feel like I have been cheated. At this point it’s not even about the money or the food. The help centre is completely useless and the support chat is also of no use.

Foodpanda drivers stealing the some of…

Foodpanda drivers stealing the some of your food and when you make complaint to foodpanda. They are not refunding your money and sometimes when they deliver you wrong order or missing items again you contact food panda but Food panda will not apologize and refund your money back. Their customer service is rude.. don't use. The service and their drivers are evil. Eating your food and eating your money.

Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic. This garbage has created a market gap, their monopoly can easily be broken.

Slyly they have no customer support for orders. Should at least have CS for orders delayed beyond 1.5 hour. Absolutely pathetic. Wasted 1 hour, twice on this app.

Foodpanda of pakistan is the best company for the delivery of food and brings more convenience in our lives by delivering us the desired foods within less charges. I would definitely recommend everyone this company.!

Never expected 😕

I don't wanna say anything bad. But I have received my order which Is not coked by my instructions. In other countries they respect their customers. But in Pakistan we know how to compensate. They instead of asking me what I want gave me 100 rupee voucher 🤣and I literally told them I am hungry.I am not happy with this type of help. I ask them to send me my order again. But they are good in business so they compensate with 100 rupees. I really don't appreciate it. Not good at all.

Worst service ever

This is the worst service, and worst app ever. I ordered 2 times from them, and they didn't delivered me even one time. First time they accepted my order, and after that they called me 3 times , and cancelled my order. Today when I order KFC, they accepted my order, but after that the biker told that he is on the wrong location, and can't come. They told that the location is wrong, but I told the right location. They called me 3 times, and cancelled my order. KFC is removed from account search.

The worst service in pakistan

The worst service in pakistan, just for their earnings added everyone on their platform who don't even know how to cook. Not even a helpline number is provided to avoid customer abuse due to their poor service so that no one can humiliate them. Earning is forbidden, so earn openly like others are earning here.

Horrible customer services twice I had…

Horrible customer services twice I had been told my money will be refunded within 3-5 working days but still have not got my money refunded. What a shame on this company and the management team. Order was not placed but amount was deducted.

Flop customer care service

Such a pathetic service, waste of money seriously..
I ordered ice creams for almost more than 700 rupees from food panda. The order pick up system is so awful that they don't check the order details and appoint anyone to deliver I guess. The rider picked by ice creams from a store which is so far from my home as a result what happened I got all melted and broken icecreams. The rider said that before reaching me he was suppose to drop other orders in the way. I got my order in 3 hours.

Asalamu alkum Foodpanda wah rawalpindi thives
Don't trust to foodpanda never pay before delivery?Foodpanda took money from my debit card more than 2500 hundred rupees and not delivered my food and not refunded money? Just order directly to restaurant KFC,Mcdonald etc.
Absolutely 💯 foodpanda and delivered team thief customer services zero.

Pathetic Service

2 hours and still you guys can't deliver an order from a restaurant 1km away from me. Your app, service, staff has become a joke recently. Pooling orders when we have paid the full delivery fee is a cheap move.

The day a competitor steps up you all are doomed.

Extremely disappointing service.
