I love food village so much it has many options of foods to order the food is always great even though I’m a picky eater I love all the options one bad thing is some stuff is a bit expensive but it’s worth it

Charged for several meals that were not ordered
Too easy for student to turn on repeat order function
Every time an order goes through you are overcharged and credit builds up.
When I tried to close account money built up disappeared
Very difficult to contact, no phone number details on app
They ignored my emails until eventually I got a response. Asked for a phone call to explain why auto order function kept turning back on, just emails back that didn't help.
Unnecessary treat options on menu, that go against healthy schools policy
My daughter who eats very well was not impressed with the food and had stopped ordering after a few weeks.

with auto topup on, whenever i try to buy food (eg a cookie for €2.2), it tries to take way more than that, upwards of €20. the food is also very soggy / flavourless. the images are misleading, and the food looks nothing like it at all. would avoid, bring your own lunch

Food village is a good service to get food for school however it is a little bit overpriced and some of the food is bad but mostly positive experience, however some of the reps can be rude sometimes

overpriced as hell. prices go up up up and up… no interesting healthy shit js sugar cookies and flavorless spice bags…
again overpricing students?😂😂 greedy as hell.

This food is absolutely rank the food certainly isn't healthy let alone edible half of my pasta seems to be raw I have got really bad diarrhea the day after having there bologonase and multiple people in my class were sick that day as well. Poinsing children low quality garbage. 2 year old could do better. Highly processed cheese tastes fake I could go on and on all day. I have sent 3 emails to them couldn't be arse to reply back. I encourage every school who has this crap to remove it in the interest of there students. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

My daughter loved the food, she's quite picky but had no problem eating the food provided. She has come home every evening telling me how nice her food was, it's handy too from the sence that my daughter and I are quite busy and often don't have time to make her a lunch so this is a lifesaver!

The food is very nice, for the price point. Decent-sized meals and very tasty

Absolute fabulous food of the canteen off food village and the sausage mash and gravy is probably the best menu item on the entire menu no matter what keep it going
