Warning DO NOT Buy from here!

Their customer service communication is less than stellar since they take forever to actually ship your item once it’s ordered and then when you do receive your order, the shoes don’t fit because they’re sizing chart is wrong, even though it is factually been proven to them that the sizes they sent do not fit they continue to send lies in the forms of emails stating that I don’t know my own shoe size and neither do the two other people that I ordered for! Sadly, I paid for shipping to receive them and now I’m paying for shipping to return them. Never again.

Would not recommend: non-existent customer service

***Update after Foot Store's reply

I did exactly as Foot Store requested and contacted them at their spacefoot email address. No reply to my email whatsoever. So, no more responsive from that address than they have been to emails sent to their foot-store.co.uk address. Can only conclude that they have absolutely no interest in customer service and that their talk of "so that we can find a solution" is nothing but an empty platitude. Once they've got your money, that's it for them.

As a result, I now upgrade my recommendation to steering clear of this company completely, not only if you are buying something that may need to be changed for a different size.

***Original review:

I bought a pair of shorts. Delivery was fine and the item was as described. However, I was between sizes, and when the shorts arrived it was clear I needed large rather than medium. It’s at this point that Foot-Store let themselves down.

Their website offers instructions only for “returns”, but I wanted to exchange for a larger size rather than merely return for a refund. I’ve written to customer services twice by email to enquire about the process for making an exchange. I have received no reply to either of those emails (I sent my emails as a reply to their confirmation-of-order email, which comes from the same address as they list for their customer services, so I know for certain that the address was correct).

I also contacted them via their contact form on the website. Again, no response at all.

In other words, there is zero customer service. Simply not good enough for a online retailer in 2025. I would not buy from them again and would recommend to anyone else to avoid using them if the item being purchased is something that may need to be exchanged for a different size.

Couldn’t Recommend Foot-Store More Enthusiastically After My First Purchase From Them

I am thrilled with both my purchasing experience with Foot-Store and the items I received. My items did take a little bit of time to arrive (seemingly stuck couple of days at exit port; couple of days at US Customs; etc.), but since I was not in a rush for them that’s all fine, and they did get to me safely in about 10 days or so.

I am even more pleased though with the actual items I received. Exactly as advertised, original merchandise it seems (certainly not a cheap knock-off), at a pretty favorable price. Not the cheapest price out there, to be fair, but I am pretty sure that the couple of places that advertise the same items for cheaper - much cheaper - are likely to be a scam.

Anyway, I was originally slightly sceptical about purchasing from Foot-Store as I was previously not familiar with them - so I did some research online to see how legit a place it might be, and what I read was reassuring. After this purchase, I am certainly no longer sceptical.

Footsore more like

The purchasing process was fine but the product is poor. I ordered cloud slides which look exactly like the cloud slides i already have, but are a poor imitation.
The footstore product is rigid and hard instead of the soft slides I was expecting. Don't buy these slides expecting comfort.
