Excellent service and kept informed on ticket situation throughout

These guys Jose Luis and Saad were very professional all along the way. They answered all my questions promptly. They offered me a specific location in the Camp Nou and I received exactly the tickets for that location and all 4 seats together. We saw Messi yesterday take a corner just 200 metres away from us during El Clasico. An unforgettable experience to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. Thank you!

I have got just tickets late and different row, but the stadium seats were close to each other., real price for one ticket cost 47,5 Euro, and when I asked if the ticket have to print out or why we got different row, no answer"! So I had to run before match to the hotel and pay next 4 euro for that. Next time , no thanks!

I visited Barcelona in September with a group of friends. We wanted to go to Barcelona vs Valencia but were a bit nervous about using a ticket site as I’ve read some horror stories online. However, the service from football experience was top notch & I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After ordering the tickets I was privately contacted by Jose. He first informed that they didn’t have 5 seats together in our section, so they upgraded us to a better section free of charge so we could sit together. Jose then sent me videos & voice messages detailing exactly how to use the tickets so we wouldn’t have any trouble with security. Because we weren’t in a hotel, football experience couldn’t deliver our tickets, so Jose personally met us outside Camp Nou where he was once again friendly and helpful. Jose is a credit to this company.

Once again I was delighted with the service from football experience / Jose, & will definitely use them again when I return to Spain in the future

Got two tickets for the Bayern Munich V Dortmund game at the Allianz arena. Tickets were delivered to my hotel the day before the game with no problems.
The communication was excellent throughout, wouldn’t hesitate to use football experience again.

Paid over 300£ (to which I credit them for giving us a discount) for 2 super premium seats to Dortmund vs Wolfsburg. Everything was smooth buying experience was good and all was well with good communication. Unfortunately when we got the tickets we received possibly the worst seats in the house all the way at the top of the stadium. Was told that these were category 1 seats so I was only entitled to a 27£ refund per ticket which was a shame. Customer support says that they are sorry and if it was up to them they'd give a full refund but it's the t&c's of the business. Very unsatisfied with the customer service despite friendly staff, unfortunately probably will not use again. Buyer beware of the different categories of seating.

Football experience delivered as promised with terrific tickets for magical Anfield European night. Saad was extremely responsive throughout process (texts are responded to within in seconds) and he understood need for tickets to be delivered unreasonably early because we were traveling for US... We would use them again in a second for a big match
