i don't even want to give them one star . I ordered a customized jersey for 1075 rupees and it is not dispatched till now, its been 20 days and they are not giving a proper response tom my mails and not even giving a response when asked them about the refund.
their customer service is very bad and i am going to wait for few more days or going to move legally against them for my refund.

I need to return the order and they don't have any option for that

I wonder what the bad reviews are for. I got my order in 6 days(though I think it's because the online store is based in the same city as me) and came in perfect condition, even though I had ordered a customised retro jersey which people think would take time to make. The jersey has great fabric and it's very breathable. Would buy again

The order has items missing, as always. I made the mistake of ordering from this place twice. Never again.

Ordered on Feb 2nd and it showed as ready for pick now it shows Pick up exception ad no response...Looks like got trapped in SCAM

I read about this site in here, saw many bad reviews, but I ordered on 30/01/2024, got the product at 09/02/24, they took time but their quality and size are awesome. Their site doesn't update any thing unless they are shipped so there is a tense period

i ordered on 19th january and recieved my order today on 7th february. football monk is legit but it will take a very very long time coz of its horrible
courier they are actually not scammers. it took about 17 days the main issue is there courier provider. they use xpressbees overall its not that bad but hopefull they can improve

I placed an order on 12th Jan 2024 (order no 140553). I have still not received my order nor I have I received any response to my emails regarding the status of my order!! Its,over 10 days! Decency demands atleast a reply to my emails! no customer service / contact number too where I can talk to any representative! This kind of unprofessional behaviour is just not acceptable. Just horrible!

Fraud company , took the money and never delivered and no communication. Sad these kinda frauds exist and spoil the perception of e commerce

They are thieves they'll rob you. The worst customer support, in fact i wonder if the customer support even exists. The only way you can reach them is by email to which they do not reply . I ordered a retro jersey on August 06 2023 and its been nearly a month and is shows processing and the order isn't dispatched order no:#120773

The delivery was absolutely terrible said it would come in 5 days but took over 10 days delaying the order when k had leave India and I needed it before that. Do not order from this website

I lost a lot ordering bulk from them. The first 2 orders were proper. They messed up all the rest and never refunded. Shorts were missing from all of the kits ordered.

I ordered a jersey on 19th Feb however I saw no updates on the tracking and contacted customer service who mentioned the item was out of stock but never removed from the website and proactively offered the refund which I accepted. But the refund chase was horrible, had to threaten them of a lawsuit end number of times still no response
Finally I got my refund 2 months later when I genuinely filled an online fraud report for this company. Please beware, they are not running a company they are running a scam. Order at your own risk.

I ordered Argentina Jersey on 4th March,2023, didn't receive an update on the delivery for almost 15 days. Then i mailed them to check the status and they said the product in unavailable, so I asked for a refund. On 27th March, they said the refund would be processed in 2-3 business days. Till date, they haven't processed the refund and has not responded to my last two mails. PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Won't recommend it to anyone.

At first 2 to 3 days it was showing processing but then it showed order has been placed. Although the jersey's quality was amazing and design was same. And l don't think that is fake it is real . I did not regret by purchasing it .I ordered psg- jordan fourth kit customized. The name was same as well. I am satisfied

This is a fraudulent website claiming to sell customised and copy sports jerseys. They primarily sell football club jerseys and have been sending out customized jerseys. However they have no customs service backup. Their services are vague and phony and cannot be trusted. I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY from the website either footballmonk.in or footballmonk.com. My recent experience was a jersey kit that did not include any shorts (partly completed order) yet they have not responded or initiated any after sale feedback.
