Cheap prices since I bought a shoe which costs 120 for only 60 bucks. They are real and no fakes and the delivery was quite fast even though they had to ship it to Germany

Scam
I placed an order with Foot District on December 14th, which according to the tracking number should have been delivered on December 17th. Today is December 29th and I still haven’t received my order.
The tracking information makes no sense: it continues to say that the package will be delivered on the “scheduled date”, which is now shown as December 18th — a date that has already passed. There are no real updates, no explanation, and no useful information.
I have tried to contact both the store and the shipping company countless times. I have sent multiple emails and received no resolution, no clear answers, and in most cases no response at all. It is impossible to speak to anyone or get proper customer support.
This level of service is unacceptable. A delayed order can happen, but the complete lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend shopping here unless customer service and transparency improve significantly.

Do not use. Ordered 2 pairs of trainers to the uk for £180, delivery driver just rung me and said he can’t deliver them unless I pay the £79 shipping and taxes fee. Stay well away from them do not order online if you’re from the uk, they don’t tell you this when you order and you’ll be stung with a bill. Told DHL to send them back. Ridiculous

Got the trainers for retail but had to pay duty, VAT and courier charges on top meaning I paid £70 more for the trainers. This is unacceptable as I bought them for retail but was forced to pay £70 more per pair and ended up buying two pairs which cost me £140 extra. I will not be buying from them again, next buyer beware of the additional charge!

Terrible company
Terrible company, they shaft you with hidden customs fees. They do not maeke it clear at all that the fees will be so high at all. I was stung with £280 customs fees. that ridiculous. if it was clear i would not have made the purchase at all. They will take the items back and deduct this fee from my original purchsase. So i just lost £280 because Footduistrict are a sneaky, crooked company that do not want you to have and clear information before making the purchase.
