Ordered some converse for my wife’s…
Ordered some converse for my wife’s birthday in February size 5, when we eventually tried them on they were far too small…. Looked on box to realise they were actually a uk 4.5…. As it was too late to return them I reordered a size 5 again in July to replace but they came again in a uk size 4.5….
Have emailed to get a response that I have ordered the wrong size but we feel they are incorrectly marked up….
I will return the second pair & request a refund and will also never order from footway again……

UPS delivery never happened
Order my shoes and the only delivery is via UPS. UPS sent me a notification that my parcel is delivered to a place that was not agreed. I go to the adress and the shop dors not exist. No way to find my shoes and 100€ gone. Terrible… a fuir!!!!
